FCT Police Seek Public’s Help to Find Missing 25-Year-Old Abuja Resident Emmanuel Terfa who was last seen on January

The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command has appealed to the public for assistance in locating Emmanuel Terfa, popularly known as “Stoner,” who has been missing for several months.

According to the Police, the 25-year-old is an indigene of Makurdi Local Government Area of Benue State and a graduate of Benue State University. He lives in Guzape Village, Abuja, where he was last seen.

Emmanuel is described as being over six feet tall, with a chocolate complexion, a slightly heavy build, and dreadlocks. He is also said to speak English and Hausa fluently.

Speaking on the case, the spokesperson for the FCT Police Command, Josephine Adeh, disclosed that Emmanuel was last seen at his residence in Guzape Village, Abuja, on January 8, 2026, and has not been seen or heard from since.

The Police are urging anyone with information that could help trace his whereabouts to report to the nearest police station.
