Heaven Doesn’t Sound Safe for Women – Nigerian Woman Explains Why She Doesn’t Want to Go to Heaven

A Nigerian woman has taken to social media to explain why she does not want to go to heaven.

In a video shared on X, the woman said she has never looked forward to the idea of going to heaven after death. According to her, the way heaven is often described makes it seem like a place that revolves mainly around men.

She pointed to religious figures such as God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and angels like Michael, Gabriel, and Lucifer, noting that they are all portrayed as male. She also argued that there are no female angels mentioned in the Bible.

The woman further explained that her lifestyle does not fit what she believes is expected of those who want to make heaven. She admitted that she enjoys worldly pleasures and does not see herself living a strictly holy life.

She said:

“I don’t wish to go to heaven. I don’t fantasise or have the thrill whatsoever to go to heaven after I die. Firstly, heaven doesn’t sound like a safe place for women.”

She added:

“I like to have fun. I like to listen to secular music. I would be so bored if all I had to do every day was sing praise and worship. I want to listen to Davido, Drake, Seyi Vibez and Omah Lay. I want to have parties and hang out with friends,”

Please Don’t Fast If You Want a Child- Doctor tells Women

A doctor identified as Dr Abassi has advised women who are trying to conceive to avoid fasting, stating that the body requires certain hormones to support ovulation and increase the chances of pregnancy.

Speaking in a video shared online, the medical practitioner explained that a woman’s reproductive system depends on specific hormones to prepare the body for conception.

According to him, fasting may interfere with the body’s ability to maintain the hormonal balance needed during ovulation.

He said:

“If you are expecting the fruit of the womb, I’m begging you, please do not fast. As a woman, do not fast.

“When a woman is ovulating, she needs certain hormones. She needs FSH, follicle-stimulating hormone, that is what tells the ovary it’s about time for you to release the next egg.

“She needs luteinizing hormone, prepping the egg that you are coming and that you should be ready for a sp£rm.”
