NASA astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams are back on Earth after spending nine months in space.

Their SpaceX Dragon capsule, carrying Wilmore, Williams, NASA’s Nick Hague, and Russia’s Aleksandr Gorbunov, safely splashed down off the coast of Florida after a 17-hour descent on Tuesday evening, March 18.

After exiting the capsule, the astronauts were seen smiling and waving at the cameras while being transported in reclining stretchers for routine medical checkups.

Speaking at a news conference, Steve Stich, NASA’s Commercial Crew Program Manager, reassured the public about their condition, Saying: “The crew’s doing great,”

Deputy Associate Administrator of NASA’s Space Operations Mission Directorate, Joel Montalbano, added: “It is awesome to have crew 9 home, just a beautiful landing,”

“The big thing will be seeing friends and family and the people who they were expecting to spend Christmas with,” said Helen Sharman, Britain’s first astronaut.

She added: “All of those family celebrations, the birthdays and the other events that they thought they were going to be part of – now, suddenly they can perhaps catch up on a bit of lost time.”

Wilmore and Williams initially made headlines last year as part of the first crewed test flight of Boeing’s Starliner spacecraft. However, the capsule encountered several technical issues on its journey to the space station, making it too risky to bring the astronauts home.

According to Entertainment Tonight, the couple had a private wedding ceremony just four months after publicly announcing their engagement.

Majors’ mother, who is a pastor, was present at the ceremony, along with only four family members who witnessed the special moment.

In an interview with Truly, Tookie explained that their connection began when she moved in with her father and his wife, who was also Krys’s mother. At the time, Tookie already had a son.

Recalling his first impression of her, Krys said, “When I first saw her, I thought she was way too good for me. I didn’t want to talk to her because I was too nervous.”

Tookie interrupted, adding, “I realized I was attracted to him the moment he walked into the house. He’s tall, and he looked so nerdy—I like boys with glasses. When he spoke, I was like, ‘What’s your name?’… He was so sexy.”

Their relationship started when Tookie was 17 and Krys was 15. Krys added, “One thing led to another, and we made a baby. It was a secret until she got pregnant.”

Krys’s mother, Jamie, recalled how she discovered their relationship. “I found out when Tookie’s mom called and told me she was pregnant. I had expected them to behave like brother and sister.”

Tookie admitted that Krys’s mom had suspected something but never confronted them directly. “His mom kind of knew something was going on, but she didn’t want to say anything because she wasn’t really sure. She would give us these looks whenever we were together. That’s why I didn’t want to be in the same  presence as him when we was in front of his parents because they always thought i was on to krys

Krys added, “I was scared to death i hadn’t talked to my mom for years just to come back then have a baby right away I thought it was the end.

Jamie admitted she was hurt when she found out. “I wish you had come to me and told me,” she said.

Krys recalled the moment his mother confronted him: “My mom called me and said, ‘Hello,’ and then she was like, ‘Son, you got Tookie pregnant.’ I didn’t respond—I just sat there in silence. It was so weird for everybody.”

Twin brothers, Qaadir and Naazir Lewis, both 19, were tragically found dead on a remote mountain in Georgia.

A hiker discovered their bodies at the summit of Bell Mountain, near Towns County, close to the North Carolina border. Authorities confirmed that both had suffered gunshot wounds.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) has conducted autopsies and is awaiting forensic test results, as the exact cause of death remains unknown.

A mother diagnosed with cancer has taken to social media in tears after her baby daddy abandoned her and their child just six months into her pregnancy.

In a heartfelt video shared by TikTok user Kingmadenuke1999, she revealed that she was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer at the time, leaving her devastated and struggling to cope.

She recalled how, after undergoing a mastectomy, she found it difficult to even hold her son. The emotional toll, combined with her battle with depression, also made it hard for her to eat.

In the video, she broke down in tears, expressing how much the pain still lingers

A tragic incident occurred during a St. Patrick’s Day celebration near the University of Pittsburgh, where a house roof collapsed, injuring more than a dozen students.

In a video shared by X user Ricky Reports, a large crowd could be seen partying—some standing on the roof while others enjoyed themselves on the ground—when the roof suddenly gave way, crashing down on those underneath.

According to reports, at least 16 people were injured and taken to a local hospital for treatment. Three victims are in serious condition, while 13 others sustained minor injuries.

CBS News reported that Pittsburgh Public Information Officer Emily Bournes confirmed that hundreds of University of Pittsburgh students were at the scene when the collapse occurred. Fortunately, no one died in the scene.
