A video has gone viral on social media, capturing the moment an English man named Sonny Green was publicly confronted for wearing traditional Nigerian attire.

In the video, Sonny was walking down the street when a man approached him, questioning why he was wearing African clothing.

“Why are you dressing like a black man?” the man was heard shouting.

In response, Sonny replied, “So I can’t dress like a black man? I can’t wear this now?”

The confronter argued that Sonny, being English, had no right to wear African attire. However, Sonny explained that the man had entered his shop to criticize his clothing, but he defended his choice. He shared that a friend from Lagos, Nigeria, had gifted him the outfit, and he wore it because he liked it and felt it looked good on him.
