Elderly Woman Accused of Witchcraft Paraded in Enugu State as Villagers Force Her to Swear on a Grave

An elderly woman has reportedly been paraded by villagers in Ugbawka, Nkanu, Enugu State, following accusations of witchcraft.

According to reports, the woman was accused of using charms against people in the community, with some villagers linking her to the deaths of several residents.

Reports also claim that the elderly woman was forced to swear on the grave of a woman who had recently died. She was reportedly asked to swear that she had no involvement in the woman’s death or the other deaths said to have occurred in the village.
