He’s Trying to Cajole Me After Years of Suffering – Asake Finally Responds to His Father’s Stroke

Hours after the father of popular Nigerian singer Asake took to social media to seek financial assistance, the singer has finally reacted to the viral video.

It can be recalled that Fatai Odunsi, Asake’s father, revealed that he has been battling a stroke since 2022. He also claimed that he has been unable to reach his son since the illness began, alleging that Asake has ignored his calls and refused to respond.

“I am the father to Asake who is singing. The last time I saw him was when this thing happened to me on March 29, 2022.

“He does not pick up my calls anytime I call him. Now I have become tired. I have been looking for this my brother and I recently met with him,” he said in the viral video

In a video he shared, the singer was seen singing and stating that one cannot please everyone, but whatever he does, he does it for God.

Asake also hinted that his father was trying to cajole him, adding that he has struggled and suffered for years.
