The First Time I Moved to Canada, I Couldn’t Find My Favorite Food—So I Relocated Back to Nigeria— Lady

A Nigerian lady, Mizh Joyce, has revealed why she decided to leave Canada and return to Nigeria, citing difficulties in adapting to the lifestyle abroad.

In a post shared on her Facebook page, Mizh Joyce explained that when she arrived in Canada, she struggled to find her favorite food, “Fufu”, making it hard for her to enjoy meals. Additionally, she found it difficult to cope with the extreme cold weather.

Faced with these challenges, she ultimately decided that life in Canada wasn’t for her and chose to return to Nigeria, where she felt more comfortable.

She wrote: “Omo the first time i traveled to Canada eeh! Cold nearly finish me there , as i dey stay there i no even see fufu chop for there, my dear i pick race enter Nigerian back 🥺🥺who does that ? No be me go stay one week with out eating fufu oo plus cold wey dey that side 😩😩😩😩.
