Michael Bolton Celebrates 72nd Birthday with Family Amid Brain Cancer Battle

Grammy-winning singer Michael Bolton was seen in rare photos with his family as he celebrated his 72nd birthday on Wednesday. The special occasion was marked with his children and grandchildren, as he continues his battle with brain cancer.

In the heartwarming photos shared online, Bolton was seated with a slice of cake in front of him, while a birthday banner reading “Happy Birthday” hung in the background. He was surrounded by his two grown daughters, Holly and Taryn, along with his three granddaughters.

This celebration comes after Bolton revealed his health struggles in late 2023, announcing that he had been diagnosed with brain cancer and had to undergo immediate surgery.

Providing a health update in January 2024, he wrote: “I want to start by wishing everyone a very happy and healthy new year! I also want to share that 2023 ended up presenting me with some very unexpected challenges.

“Just before the holidays, it was discovered that I had a brain tumor, which required immediate surgery

“Thanks to my incredible medical team, the surgery was a success. I am now recuperating at home and surrounded by the tremendous love and support of my family.”
