You Want to Roll With a Big Girl, but You Don’t Have Money – Lady Calls Out Man After He Demands ₦100K Refund, Claiming He Borrowed Money From a Loan App to Fund Their ₦213K Date

A woman has taken to social media to share screenshots of a conversation with a man who demanded that she refund him ₦100,000 after spending ₦200,000 during their date.

In the messages shared online, the man accused the woman of taking advantage of him and using the money he spent to restock her household.

He also reportedly complained that he had to borrow money from OPay to settle the bills incurred during their outing.

Reacting to the messages, the woman, identified as Chioma Verse, defended herself, insisting that the man had willingly agreed to pay for their date.

She also criticised him for allegedly trying to maintain the lifestyle of someone who dates wealthy women despite not having the financial capacity to do so.

Sharing her response, she wrote:

“See a grown man crashing out over ordinary 200k. Imagine asking me to refund money you willingly spent, like I was the one who begged you to pay. You want to roll with a big girl but you don’t have money? I had to block him please. Good riddance.”
