The Big Brother Naija reality show has announced the passing of one of its crew members, Ayotunde Elegbede.
The sad news was shared by host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu during the Sunday live eviction show, where he revealed that the organisers had been informed of Ayotunde’s death by his family.
Although the cause of death was not disclosed, the show paid a one-minute silence in his honour before proceeding with the night’s events, which saw the eviction of two housemates, Danboskid and Ibifubara.
