A woman identified as Chinonye Favour has taken to social media to publicly apologize to popular content creator Nkubi and his wife after making an offensive comment about their child.
Amid the trending “Labubu” challenge, Chinonye shared a photo of Nkubi’s child and mockingly referred to her as the “main Labubu”
However, the post didn’t sit well with many, as social media users came to the family’s defense, condemning her for body-shaming a child.
Following the backlash, Chinonye issued a apology, stating: “I made a post that’s gone viral, and first things first, I want to apologize to the family of Nkubi and his daughter. I had no idea she’s Nigerian”
