Na my car be this — Moment man laments bitterly as his car drowns during heavy flooding in Lekki, Lagos

Residents of Lekki, Lagos State, have been left dealing with severe flooding following a heavy downpour that submerged roads and trapped several vehicles.

Videos shared online by eyewitnesses captured the extent of the flooding, showing streets overtaken by water as motorists struggled to navigate the affected areas.

In one of the videos, several vehicles could be seen partially submerged in floodwater, with some drivers unable to move their cars to safety.

A visibly distressed car owner was heard lamenting after discovering that his vehicle had been heavily affected by the flood.
