Marcelo “B-Boy” De Souza Ribeiro, widely recognized for his extreme body modifications and viral transformation into an “Alien Devil,” has once again stunned followers by further stretching his nostrils as part of his ongoing quest for self-expression.

Elizabethblog recalled that Marcelo has previously admitted that his unconventional look has made it difficult for him to find love, saying in past interviews that he is still searching for someone who can accept him for who he is.

Marcelo has reportedly spent over $30,000 on his body modifications, which include tattooed eyeballs, subdermal implants, split tongue, and countless piercings and alterations.

His goal? To transform himself into a creature that represents his inner self — something “between an alien and a devil.”

In a recent update about his newly enlarged nostril openings, Marcelo said: “I increased the nose gauge to the biggest anyone has ever managed to put in.

“My breathing remains normal and no pieces fly in.

“I can stuff several objects inside it, such as toothbrushes, ink bottles and sunglasses.

“But the hole is still too small to fit a can of drink.”

He also revealed that to prevent infections, he regularly uses antiseptic wipes to clean his nose whenever he inserts stones into it.

He added: “I feel like I was born this way.

“I don’t even miss my index finger and all my modifications already seem natural.

“People are usually delighted and surprised to see so many tattoos.

“I’m happy with what I’ve done and [no one] will stop me.”

A woman named Linda has gone viral after revealing her ongoing obsession with plastic surgery — specifically, her desire to make her lips so large that they “cover her entire face.”

In an interview with Truly, Linda shared that she undergoes lip filler procedures twice a month in her pursuit of a highly exaggerated look. So far, she estimates that she has spent over $50,000 on cosmetic enhancements.

Marisa Kimmel, a young woman in her 20s, is opening up about how she feels more confident than ever after making a life-changing decision to undergo a preventive double mastectomy.

Kimmel, who also lives with alopecia (a condition that causes hair loss), tested positive for the BRCA1 gene (a tumor suppressor gene that produces a protein crucial for DNA repair, particularly in the process of homologous recombination.)

Talking about her experience, she said: “Okay, so first, my bald head: I have alopecia, and my hair just doesn’t grow,”

“I’ve had it for 21 years, since I was nine, and for me, it was probably stress-induced. I had a bit of a traumatic childhood.

The mum of six shared that she chose to go flat—not because of any illness, but because it makes her feel more confident in her body.

“The other thing that confuses people is that I had a preventive mastectomy—so, no boobs—and not because I’ve ever had cancer.

“It was preventative. I had a preventive mastectomy so that I can be alive to watch my son grow up.”

“I asked my doctor if she saw anything in my chart and if she suggested anything, because I didn’t know what my insurance situation would be like,”

“I always noted that my dad’s side of the family had a strong history of breast cancer—my grandma, aunts, cousins. Everyone seemed to get it.”

How she feels when doctors diagnosed her with BRCA1 Gene, she said: “Tears just slowly started rolling down my face,”

“She was the kindest person. She said, ‘I’d love to give you a hug if you’d want one,’ and she did. She told me I had options.”

She added: “I was going to learn to love myself just as I am. At the time, my son was six months old and I was still breastfeeding. I wanted to breastfeed for at least a year before making any decisions.”

She said she breastfed her son, Abraham, in 2020 before having the surgery in 2021.

She added: “I had everything ready.

“My insurance was in place, I had saved money to recover mentally, financially, physically.

“I even had friends in the creative community who filmed my story the week before surgery. I have photos of me breastfeeding the night before I went into the hospital.

“When I woke up from surgery, I had no tattoos, just scars, and a fresh chapter.

“I made this choice not to make anyone else feel comfortable about my existence, but just for me

“Every time I post a video, I get questions about the way I look.

“People ask why I don’t have boobs or hair—and usually in the rudest way possible. But some people are kind. And when they ask with kindness, I’m happy to share.

Rachel and her husband, Marco Vargas, welcomed their four baby girls—Sofía, Philomena, Veronica, and Isabel—at just 30 weeks.

Due to the high-risk nature of the pregnancy, Rachel spent several months under specialist care before finally being discharged from the hospital alongside her daughters.

Speaking about their journey, Rachel shared: “We’re so excited to start this new chapter of our lives,”

“While it hasn’t been an easy journey, we’re thankful that we came to Banner and Dr. [John] Elliott for care, and we can’t wait to share the milestones that will come with raising our beautiful girls.”

Rachel gave birth via C-section on January 24th, 2025, after months of being under close specialist care due to the high-risk nature of her pregnancy. The babies arrived at just 30 weeks and were immediately placed in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) for monitoring.

What made Rachel’s pregnancy even more challenging was the presence of several rare and dangerous complications. Two of the babies shared an amniotic sac and suffered from velamentous cord insertion (VCI)—a condition where the umbilical cord doesn’t properly attach to the placenta, which can drop survival chances to just 30–40%.

Additionally, two of the girls were diagnosed with twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS), a rare condition affecting identical twins who share a placenta.

In TTTS, one twin receives too little blood (the “donor”) while the other receives too much (the “recipient”), putting both babies at serious risk.

Despite the frightening odds, Rachel and Marco stayed hopeful.

Speaking to Good Morning America, Marco shared: “It was glorious seeing these girls being triumphantly being pulled out.

“I felt a huge sense of relief because I felt like they had made it; they were going to be okay.” Rachel added

Dr John Elliott said: “With all the complications involved in Rachel’s pregnancy, we were very candid about the risks and potential outcomes.

“But we also underscored the importance of having a positive outlook.

“I believe that played an important role in her successful case, along with constant top-class medical care throughout their stay in Phoenix.

“Marco and Rachel – they never wavered.”

Speaking about his experiences, he shared that people react strongly to his looks, sometimes even moving away from him in public spaces.

He said: “I see people spot an empty seat next to me and then when they see what I look like, they sometimes decide to stand and not sit next to me.

“But most trains and buses are overrun these days, so they don’t have a choice.

“I also regularly spot people aiming their phones at me and snapping a photo.

“It happened the other day as I was waiting at the bus stop.

“Most of the time, I challenge people when they do this.

“It sometimes leads to a heated argument and I’ve had lots of attitude thrown back in my face

“It’s so blatant; they position themselves in odd angles or they still have their sound on, so I hear the flash.

“Sometimes it’s how you deal with these situations and people that make all the difference, especially when you look like me.

“But I wish people would just ask if they want to take a photo of me.”

He shared his experience with immigration officers, adding that: “I once flew into Australia and was stopped by immigration immediately.

“They thought I was going there to work because of the way I look.

“I had to explain I was seeing family and they asked to see my social media and all my contacts before letting me through.

“Once, I had to run to a connecting flight and my passport photo was different to how I looked, as I just had my eyes inked.

“So they took ages checking it over and even called the military police.

“I almost missed my flight, but luckily, they understood and eventually let me through.

“In Sydney, I wasn’t allowed into a posh building due to my tattoos.

“I had to prove I wasn’t affiliated with a gang for them to let me in.”

He explained how he avoids judgmental people, He said: “I normally turn my back on anybody acting in a certain way around me now.

“Any photos or videos sneakily being taken are only going to be sent to a group chat for people to air their opinions.

“It’s not going to hold me back in life, as I respect people and as long as they do the same for me, that’s all that matters.”

A woman who spent £5,000 on facial surgery in Turkey has revealed that she is now unable to close her eyes.

Joanne Law, a 56-year-old mother, said she underwent the procedure hoping to achieve a look similar to a Snapchat filter. However, the results were far from what she expected or wanted.

She explained that after losing seven stone following a successful gastric sleeve surgery in Turkey in February 2023, she began to feel wrinkly. Wanting to improve her appearance, she decided to have additional cosmetic work.

Joanne saved up £5,200 for another procedure at the same hospital, undergoing a face, neck, and eyelid lift, along with a fat graft, in June 2023.

However, shortly after the surgery, she developed blepharitis—an inflammation of the eyelids. On top of that, she suffered from painful scars behind her eyes and ears, making the experience even more unbearable.

Narrating, she said: “When I lost seven stone I just felt wrinkly, so I thought this is my next step, I’ll get my face done,” she said.

“I was chuffed the whole time and that was my downfall. I didn’t research enough because I trusted them. The procedure was around the back of the hospital in a basement. It frightened the hell out of me, it was awful, like a horror movie. 

“There was an old-fashioned bed screen separator, someone was being operated on the other side in the same theatre. Immediately after I got blepharitis, which is a bacterial infection, and had blisters under my eyes for three months.

“I still can’t fully close my eyes now. I’m struggling to drive at night now because the car lights hurt my eyes and I just can’t close them. When it’s windy out I just can’t see, my eyes fill with tears. My eyes are so dry so they need to tear up to be protected from the elements.

“When I get tired, the bottom of my eye droops. I’ll be driving and will have to pull over at services and shut my eyes because I’ll be driving as if I’ve had no sleep for a week. You can see one of my eyeballs more than the other.

“I got a turkey neck, it wobbles, and they didn’t tighten my muscles. I have scars on the back of my ear and earlobe so I can’t put earpods in my ear and it is still painful. It’s like a five-year-old’s done it.

“I’m really deflated because my sleeve was such a success I thought I was going to look like something straight out of a snapchat filter.”

Joanne also shared that her eyelid issues have severely impacted her confidence. When she reached out to the hospital about her condition, they assured her that the scarring was normal and advised her to wait 12 months for recovery.

She added saying; “I’m not rich, I was saving up and gave things up, and I was really excited for the surgery. One side of my scars is different from the other, as if two different people were stitching me up for quickness.

“The fat graft made me look like a cartoon character, it’s changed how I look. It just made my face flat and weird. I’ve sent them pictures every month and they kept saying to wait 12 months. Now they’re just ignoring me.”

“What made me suspicious was I couldn’t find any before and after photographs of the surgeon’s work.

 “I remember he fobbed me off to the point that I believed him. I was excited about what I was going to have done and ignored my gut feeling.

“I’ve been so frustrated, I want to scream to other girls and say don’t do it. The recovery was horrendous, there was no aftercare. That hospital is a butcher’s shop.”

A model who gained viral attention for requiring men to take an intelligence test before dating her now regrets her decision, saying it has prevented her from finding true love.

Candice Kloss, a model with an IQ of 136, had been asking potential dates to take an IQ test for the past three years before considering a relationship.

However, she has now admitted that she regrets her approach, as it has ultimately hindered her chances of getting a man in her life.

Jari Jones and Corey Kempster, a trans couple, have openly shared their unique love story, revealing that both were assigned male at birth but now identify as female.

In a  interview with Truly, the couple discussed their journey together, sharing that they have been in a loving relationship for two and a half years. 

How they met, Corey said: “we have been bestfriends for almost 8years, we were not both trans when we met, We met identifying on the guy queer spectrum when we met I barely knew what trans met I think in so many ways we took all the first steps exploring our genders together.

Jari added saying: “I remember the first time I ever wore a dress and corey was like look that’s it it clicks.

Corey added: “I really took her opinion serious and i feel like if i had her approval then who gives the hell like what everybody else says.”

Corey opened up about his childhood, recalling how, even as a young boy, he felt like he was in the wrong body

He added saying, ” when i was a little kid i knew very well that I wanted to be a girl sometimes i would wish that there was another boy that was like mw……… Basically i was looking for a trans girlfriend and that was what i found in jari years later

“I remember when i grew up I used to play with my peers and pretend like i was a princess, i think like how much 

“Instead of taking the labels they put on me, i’m labeling myself, i’m proud to be a woman, i’m proud to be feminine, i’m proud to be trans.

Jari on his part said: “I think one of the greatest part of discovering myself was having somebody like corey.”

How they feel, they added saying: “the transness in our womanhood is all about who we are, the medical steps are about feeling at peace, feeling comfortable and safe within who we are, within our body, within the society.”

Tayla Clement, a woman living with a rare condition called Moebius syndrome, has shared her journey of not being able to smile due to the disorder.  

Tayla explained that her challenges began around the age of 11 or 12, after undergoing an invasive operation aimed at helping her smile. Unfortunately, the procedure was unsuccessful, leaving her unable to express emotions in that way.  

She also opened up about the bullying she endured over the years, which made it difficult for her to accept herself. 

How she feels about her face, she said: “I think my confidence got knocked out of me as i got older I didn’t want to go anywhere because i was insecure about myself but when it comes to physical bullying it is tough I have been pushed down hills, I have had my bag ripped off my bag… It was tough, I would always look at people and be like why can’t i beat them, why can’t I just be accepted like they are accepting everyone else 

“I first started the first help journey around the age of 20 but that doesn’t mean I fully accepted myself then it has been 4years of me really working hard and all aspects in my life to make sure i can live the best life I possibly can 

“When i started to own who i was and my parents, everything about myself, my whole world opened up 

How being an Athlete has made her accept who she is, she added saying: “Being an athlete has giving me so much discipline, strength and confidence and it really sit me up and i think it helped in terms of my recovery journey and everything changed since accepting myself my confidence, who i am, the way I interact with people and those online being 100% authentic to me like I’m probably one of the most sarcastic people you will ever meet.”
