Xixi, who was based in Shenyang, China, died on September 28, 2026, after battling the disease. Her death was announced on her social media account the following day.

The message announcing her death described the influencer as someone who lived a free, passionate, courageous and kind life while thanking everyone who supported and cared for her.
“Xixi lived a free, passionate, courageous and kind life.
“Thank you to everyone who supported and cared about her along the way.”
Before her death, Xixi regularly shared updates about her health and documented her cancer treatment journey with her followers.
In one of her videos, she opened up about her daily routine and eating habits, saying:
“I basically go to bed between midnight and 2 am every day.
“I eat two meals a day, with a long gap between them.
“I don’t like drinking water, have two coffees a day and drink milk tea three or four times a week.
“I usually eat takeaway or dine out, and I like food that is heavy on oil and spice.”
Xixi also described herself as a picky eater and said she did not like fruits and vegetables.
Her health problems began in early January 2025 when she started experiencing symptoms while eating. She reported that food would get stuck, alongside burping, a bloated stomach and a reduced appetite.
She was diagnosed with stomach cancer shortly afterwards and began sharing her treatment journey online.
Xixi had studied abroad before returning to China, where she launched a bakery brand called Jifu in Shenyang and Dalian. At the height of the business, it had six outlets, with four still operating at the time of her death.
Her death has left followers mourning the young influencer, who had continued to share details of her illness and treatment with people following her journey online.
