A Nigerian lady has taken to social media to cry out for help after her friend reportedly went missing while travelling from Akure to Ilorin.
According to her post, the victim had been missing since Monday, with no calls or messages received from her since she was last heard from.
She wrote: “My friend as been missing since Monday, she left for Ilorin from Akure on Monday and ever since then we are unable to reach her. Pls help repost perhaps anyone might entered the bus with her🙏🏼🙏🏼😭😭😭😭😭 behind her is a mother crying to see her daughter and her siblings doing everything possible to find there sister friends and family aren’t left out either. Help repost please 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼”
In a later update, she revealed that the family of the missing lady was contacted by alleged abductors, who demanded a ransom of ₦40 million for her release.
