British punk-rap singer Bob Vylan is facing heavy criticism after making controversial remarks during a live performance at Glastonbury Festival, which was broadcast on national television.
The outspoken performer sparked outrage when he appeared to mock the death of conservative commentator Charlie Kirk, just moments after chanting “Death to the IDF” on stage.

He said:”I want to dedicate this next one to an absolute piece of s*** of a human being.
“The pronouns was/were. Because if you talk s***, you will get banged. Rest in peace Charlie Kirk, you piece of s***.”
The controversy comes just days after Kirk, 22, was shot while delivering a speech at Utah University.
Reacting online, one user wrote: “You are a disgrace Bob Vylan.”
Another commented: “He’ll d*e alone, unloved and forgotten. Unlike Charlie Kirk.”
A third reaction criticized double standards in law enforcement, saying: “Come on Kier, send the police round!! I mean, some man got arrested for calling someone a muppet!! Oh wait hang on … this is a person of colour so he can spread hate and be racist but it’s ok for him!!”
