Gay Couple Sentenced to 100 Years in Prison for Abusing Their Two Adopted Sons

Published

on

Gay couple William Zulock and Zachary Zulock have been sentenced to 100 years in prison without the possibility of parole for committing sexual offenses against their adopted sons.

William Zulock pleaded guilty to six counts of aggravated sodomy, three counts of aggravated child molestation, two counts of incest, and two counts of sexual exploitation of children.

Zachary Zulock, his husband, pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated sodomy, three counts of aggravated child molestation, two counts of incest, two counts of sodomy, three counts of sexual exploitation of children, and two counts of pandering to a minor under 18.

Walton County District Attorney Randy McGinley spoke about the case to WSB-TV, stating, Those involved with the investigation and prosecution of this case will never forget what they had to see and hear in this case,”

“These two Defendants truly created a house of horrors and put their extremely dark desires above everything and everyone else. However, the depth of the Defendants’ depravity, which is as deep as it gets, is not greater than the resolve of those [who]  fought for justice and the strength of the victims in this case.”

The investigation into the Zulocks began when the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children alerted Georgia authorities about suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) uploaded to a Google account. This material appeared to have been created at a home in Walton County.

Further investigation revealed that the Zulocks resided with the children who were being abused in the images.

During an interview with authorities on July 22, 2022, both Mr. and Mrs. Zulock confessed to sexually abusing their adopted sons over a period of time.

Investigators gathered evidence from surveillance cameras within the Zulocks’ home, which captured numerous instances of the couple sexually abusing their children in various parts of the house.

Furthermore, authorities seized electronic devices such as cell phones containing graphic images, videos, and sexually explicit messages exchanged through text and social media.

We Have Always Wanted Them to Be Together – Parents Fear for Their Premature Babies as Nurses Prepare to Go on Strike in Boston

Published

on

Premature twin sisters are fighting for their lives at separate hospitals in Boston, Massachusetts, as their parents, Mike and Kelsey Kennedy, worry that an upcoming nurses’ strike could affect their care.

The couple’s daughters, Juliette and Kendall, were born at just 24 weeks on August 31. Due to their medical conditions, the babies were taken to different hospitals for specialised treatment.

Juliette was admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, while her younger sister, Kendall, was transferred to Boston Children’s Hospital for treatment of a severe case of spina bifida. The condition occurs when the spine and spinal cord do not develop or close properly during pregnancy.

Kendall reportedly received treatment within 24 hours of her birth. Juliette was also temporarily transferred to Boston Children’s Hospital last week for heart surgery before returning to Brigham and Women’s Hospital.

Nearly six weeks after their birth, both girls remain in stable but critical condition and continue to require intensive medical care.

Their parents have been struggling to divide their time between the two hospitals while also caring for their two other children, a three-year-old and an 11-month-old baby, at home.

Speaking about the difficult situation, Mike told the New York Post: “We feel guilty as it is every time we leave the hospital and can’t bring our children home with us and have them be with their siblings. But at least we had the security of knowing they are in good hands.

“It was obviously hard for my wife to go back and forth, for me to go back and forth, but we were comfortable with that, given the nurses we had.

“Our big concern is losing the nurses and that’s what makes it so difficult – the stress of not having the twins together and also not knowing what type of care that they’re going to be receiving.

“We don’t have any answers. We’ve tried to reach out to the hospital. The nurses, obviously for legal reasons, can’t talk to us, so they just try to comfort us, but we don’t know who’s coming in or what their qualifications are.

“We’re just afraid. We don’t know what we’re up against,” the exasperated father continued, adding that the twins “require such delicate care.

“From day one, we have always wanted them to be together. They were basically hugging one another for 24 weeks in the womb…and then you kind of just rip them out and they’re on their own in traumatic settings,

“Ideally, we would love to just get them in the same place so that my wife can hold them and provide milk for them at the same time.”

Kelsey reportedly managed to hold both babies for the first time this week. The twins, however, remain on breathing tubes as they continue receiving medical care.

According to Mike, doctors had told the family that Kendall might need assistance with walking, using the bathroom and performing everyday activities throughout her life because of her condition.

Despite the challenges, the father said the family remained hopeful about the twins’ progress.

“But luckily, it’s been kind of a miracle — we think that there are good signs.

“We’re just hopeful that everything is going to work out the way it’s supposed to, and that they’ll both continue to heal.

The family’s concerns come as approximately 4,000 nurses at Brigham and Women’s Hospital prepare for an indefinite strike scheduled to begin next week if union representatives and hospital management fail to reach an agreement.

Mike fears that losing the nurses who have been caring for his daughters could create additional uncertainty during an already difficult period for the family.

As the labour dispute continues, the couple hopes their daughters will keep making progress and eventually be able to receive care together, allowing the family to spend more time with both babies.

I love her so much- Man Set to Remarry Ex-Wife Who Cut Off His Penis With a Knife Four Years After She Was Released From Prison

Published

on

A Brazilian man, Gilberto Nogueira de Oliveira, has reportedly decided to give his ex-wife, Daiane dos Santos Farias, another chance and plans to marry her again despite the attack that left him with a severe genital injury.

Daiane was sentenced to four years and eight months in prison for the incident, which occurred on December 22, 2023. Reports state that she was later released in November, after which Gilberto contacted her to rekindle their relationship, saying he had missed her.

Gilberto is now planning a second wedding with Daiane, using part of the compensation he received over the unauthorised circulation of photographs showing his injuries.

According to reports, Daiane lured Gilberto into having sex in 2023 before tying his hands with a pair of knickers and cutting his genitals with a knife.

Following the attack, Gilberto was rushed to hospital for treatment. However, he later faced further distress after photographs of his injuries, which he had consented to having taken for medical purposes, were circulated online.

Medical staff reportedly told him the photographs were necessary because they had never encountered a similar case and wanted to determine the best way to treat the injury.

Gilberto later discovered that the images had been shared in a WhatsApp group and circulated on Twitter, now known as X.

Investigators reportedly traced one of the photographs to a computer at the hospital. The Santa Casa de Atibaia medical centre was subsequently ordered to pay him compensation.

Gilberto received £3,020, equivalent to BRL 20,000, in damages. However, he expressed dissatisfaction with the amount, saying it did not reflect the pain and humiliation he had endured.

He said: “This compensation is very low. I want more. I need money because I also want to renovate my house.”

He has reportedly appealed for additional compensation. Meanwhile, he intends to use the money towards his planned wedding and a penile prosthesis.

Gilberto has already undergone blood tests ahead of the proposed surgery, for which he may receive assistance through Brazil’s health system.

Despite what happened, he has continued to defend Daiane, describing the attack as something she did “in the heat of the moment”.

Speaking about his decision to reunite with her, he said: “I really want to get back together with her. I love her.

“It never crossed my mind to do anything bad to her, and it still doesn’t.”

Mother and 14-Year-Old Daughter Die After Three-Storey Building Collapses on Their House in Anambra State

Published

on

A mother and her 14-year-old daughter have died after a three-storey building under construction collapsed in Anata Anaba, Okpoko, in Ogbaru Local Government Area of Anambra State.

The tragic incident reportedly occurred at about 9:45 p.m. on October 8, 2026, trapping the woman and her daughter inside their apartment in a neighbouring bungalow when the structure came crashing down.

According to eyewitnesses, the building reportedly made loud noises before its walls began to crack and the structure eventually collapsed. Other people trapped beneath the rubble were rescued by emergency responders and taken to hospital, residents said.

One eyewitness described what happened, saying:

“The woman and her daughter were in their apartment in a nearby bungalow when the three-storey building collapsed and trapped them. Before the building caved in, it made a loud noise as the walls started making cracking noises before falling one after the other.

“Some other people who were also trapped in the rubble were later rescued and rushed to the hospital by an emergency response team that mobilised to the scene to evacuate victims.”

Residents also raised concerns about the construction, claiming that the waterlogged nature of the land made it unsuitable for a three-storey building.

According to them, the engineer who initially handled the project had advised the builder to restrict the structure to two floors because of the ground conditions. However, the recommendation was reportedly ignored, and another engineer was later brought in to continue the project.

The collapse claimed the lives of the landlady of the neighbouring bungalow and her youngest child.

The woman’s son, identified as Chimobi, said three members of the family were inside the apartment when the building collapsed.

“I was outside at the time of the incident. But my mother and my sister were in the bedroom when the building collapsed directly on them, leaving them with no opportunity to escape,” he said.

He also lamented that earlier warnings about the building had not been heeded.

“It’s unfortunate. We had earlier warned the builder about the danger posed by the structure and we were joined by other residents in calling for the construction to be stopped, but our concerns were not heeded,” he lamented.

Confirming the incident on Thursday, the Anambra State Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Chijioke Ojukwu, described the collapse as unfortunate.

Ojukwu visited the scene alongside Noble Igwe, the member representing Ogbaru One Constituency in the Anambra State House of Assembly.

The commissioner blamed the incident on the use of substandard building materials and disclosed that authorities had previously issued a stop-work notice on the structure.

“The structure was an illegal building and we had ordered its demolition and the land is going to be forfeited to the state government. We are investigating other unapproved buildings under construction in the area,” he said.

“It collapsed under the weight of negligence and poor-quality construction. It fell over and killed the residents of a neighbouring bungalow, a woman and her child.”

I’m left with nothing,I’m homeless, I have no child, no family- Man cries out after Kenyan girlfriend dupes him

Published

on

A 69-year-old man has revealed how he lost £85,000 from his life savings after becoming involved in an online relationship with a woman he believed was his girlfriend.

Follow Our WhatsApp Channel here

Rodrick Lodge said he was left financially devastated after what he believed was a genuine relationship with a Kenyan woman eventually turned out to be a scam.

Follow Our Telegram Channel here

Rodrick first met his Kenyan girlfriend, “Mary,” while working in Nairobi in 2020, following the death of his wife of 25 years, Pauline.

He said: “I’ve known her since 2020 and I thought she was a friend.

“I even helped her out with a bit of money over the years, paid for car repairs, things like that. Looking back I now realise it was so bizarre. Last summer Mary told me she had a friend, Anita, who lived in Karen, a suburb of Nairobi. She put me in touch with her.

“We started exchanging messages on Viber. She told me she was MD of a beauty company and had 30 employees. She sounded successful, she said she was having a house built in Voi, about 200 miles from Nairobi.”

As their communication continued, Rodrick said the woman told him she was building a house and sent him numerous photographs, including intimate images which he said he no longer has.

Although they initially remained friends, Rodrick eventually developed feelings for her and the relationship progressed. He said he later decided that he wanted to marry her.

Rodrick claimed that he paid a dowry and also agreed to cover expenses for a house he believed she was building.

However, despite the length of their relationship, Rodrick said they never met in person. He also claimed they never spoke over the phone, adding that whenever he tried to arrange a meeting, she would give him different excuses.

“She was sending pictures of solar panels and water pumps. I thought it was going well. Then, in November, she told me she had to go to Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo to market her products. She said there were cash flow problems and the business didn’t have enough money. So I paid for that too. She’d send pictures of her and her friends in Kigali [capital of Rwanda], it looked like she was doing well.”

Rodrick said he continued sending money despite the repeated excuses and delays, only becoming suspicious after another request for financial assistance.

“She was always putting things off, making excuses. I realise now I was such a fool. I should have stopped it there and then. In May she said her dad was in a particular hospital and she needed help with the bills. But when we checked, there was no one with his name there. That finished it.”

After making inquiries about the hospital, Rodrick said he began to believe that the person he had been communicating with may not have been who he thought she was.

“I doubt that Anita even exists. I’ve no idea who I’ve been communicating with. I’m in such a mess. My bank accounts have been frozen because I’ve gone overdrawn, I can’t get access to my pensions and I’ve got nowhere to live. I’ve been a giving person all my life and I aimed to retire to Kenya and marry Anita.

“I’ve been so stupid. She never existed. It was a creation. I’m totally lost. I have zero cash and am relying on a couple of friends. I’m going to be a poor man for a long time. It was all a scam, I realise that now. I have no family, no kids that can help me. It’s over for me.”

Rodrick said the experience has left him without access to his savings and pensions and with nowhere to live, leaving him dependent on friends as he tries to recover from the financial loss
