I was with my ex-fiance for 13yrs but i still dream of having my wedding one day

Helen Flanagan, the 34-year-old actress who broke up with her former fiancé, footballer Scott Sinclair, two years ago, has opened up about her hopes of finding love again.

In a chat with the sun, she said: “I was with my ex fiancé for a really long time.

“I definitely am a girlie girl and really do want a big wedding. I just dream about my wedding dress.

“I’d love to have a really amazing wedding dress and all the pictures. I’m very girlie like that. I definitely want to get married.” 

In an interview with The Sun, Helen reflected on her past relationship and expressed her desire for a fairytale wedding in the future.

She said, “I was with my ex-fiancé for a really long time. I definitely am a girlie girl and really do want a big wedding. I just dream about my wedding dress. I’d love to have a really amazing wedding dress and all the pictures. I’m very girlie like that. I definitely want to get married.”

Helen and Scott were together for 13 years and share three children: Matilda, 9, Delilah, 6, and Charlie, 3. 

Reflecting on her dating life since the breakup, she admitted, “I was with my ex-fiancé, the father of my three children, for 13 years. So I’m not surprised they said that I was really rubbish at dating. I’ve been with my ex since I was 19 until I was 31, and then I came out of the relationship with three children. I’m not surprised I’d be a rubbish dater!”

Helen added, “I definitely think I’m more of a relationship girl.”
