Nigerian man breaks Guinness world record for playing game without sleeping for 3days
A 24-year-old Nigerian man named Oside Oluwole, also known as “Khoded,” has broken the Guinness World Record for continuously playing a soccer video game for three days without sleeping.

Oside surpassed the previous record of 50 hours set by Englishman David Whitefoot in 2022 by playing for 75 hours straight, with only short breaks for rest. A biochemist currently working as a car dealer, Oside undertook this challenge to raise money for a local hospital in his hometown of Ijebu Ode.

Reflecting on his achievement, Oside said: “I really enjoyed myself playing for 75 hours straight with just some hours of rest. It wasn’t an easy task, but I must say it was all fun. It was such a great moment; the event was very interesting, and I’m grateful to God that it was successful.”
