30yr old woman murdered after strangled during a $2,000 session with Hotel Guest

A 30-year-old Las Vegas prostitute, Larissa Garcia, was murdered during a $2,000 hotel sex session with an army veteran client, Jason Kendall, who allegedly snapped and strangled her to death.

Larissa was killed at the Palm resort on June 12th. The suspect, Jason Kendall, was arrested after turning himself in to the police.

According to documents viewed by 8 News Now, Jason said that Larissa requested additional payment, and he snapped, He hit her in the face, choked her for ten minutes, and then had sex with her. Afterward, he dragged her away from the door, left the hotel, and called the police to report an overdose.

The document reads: “Jason said Larissa requested additional payment and he ‘snapped.’ He hit her in the face and ‘choked’ her for ‘ten minutes’ and ‘then had sex with her.’ After having sex with Larissa, Jason said he ‘dragged her away from the door and left.’ After leaving the hotel, he called the police to report an overdose.”

Jason confessed to choking Garcia on June 12th. He is currently in custody without bail and is charged with open murder, sexual assault, and battery.

An anonymous caller, later identified as Jason, called 911 to report an overdose inside a hotel room. Security responded and found Garcia on the floor with cuts on her jaw.

Garcia was rushed to Spring Valley Hospital, where doctors found no traces of alcohol or drugs in her blood. Instead, they suspected she was a victim of battery based on her injuries.

“Upon further inspection… it looks like she was assaulted,” a nurse told the dispatcher about 15 minutes after Garcia arrived at the hospital. “We thought it was an overdose, but she is not responding to Narcan or any of those drugs.” The dispatcher asked the nurse: “Do we have any suspect information at all?” The nurse responded, “No, no one was there, and like I said, it was an unknown caller, an anonymous caller.”

After a week in the hospital, Garcia was pronounced brain dead and subsequently died.

Despite investigation, police later found out that the room reservation was made by Jason. After further investigation, they found him at a different hotel, where he declined to provide information without an attorney present.
