He Said He Wouldn’t Allow Anyone to Help Me – Woman Begs Husband for Forgiveness After Confessing He Is Not the Biological Father of Their Two Children After 14 Years of Marriage

Published

on

A Ghanaian woman identified as Abena Ampomaa has publicly begged her husband, Shaibu Mohammed, popularly known as Chief, for forgiveness after confessing that the three children they raised together may not all be his biological children.

Abena made the revelation during a television programme on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, after 14 years of marriage. She admitted to having relationships with two other men while married to Chief.

Follow our Telegram channel here

According to her account, one of the pregnancies occurred before their wedding, although she only discovered the situation after getting married. She said the second pregnancy happened during a period of disagreement with her husband while she was struggling to receive financial support from him.

Explaining why she decided to speak out, Abena said she could no longer keep the matter to herself.

“I came here this afternoon to beg my husband, Shaibu Mohammed, to forgive me my sins.

“I couldn’t keep it anymore, so despite my fear, I decided to tell him. When I finally confessed, he said he had heard me. He then asked why I hadn’t told him earlier, and I explained that I was afraid.

Abena claimed that Chief told her he would stop supporting the children for the next 12 years because he had spent about 12 years taking care of them.

“My husband told me that he had taken care of the children for 12 years, so he would no longer provide for them for the next 12 years. He said I should also suffer by taking care of them myself,” she said

She further claimed that her husband threatened to harm anyone who attempted to help her, including the men she identified as the children’s biological fathers.

The dispute took another turn when Abena spoke about her late father, Mr Nyame, who reportedly died about two weeks before her appearance on the programme. She claimed that Chief had threatened her father before his death, although no independent evidence was presented during the programme to establish a connection between the threats and his death.

“He said he wouldn’t allow anybody to help me and if any of the men I have children with comes into my life, he will kill him. He also said he would make my father fall sick. My father subsequently fell sick and died about two weeks ago. I know I have wronged him and I am sorry,” she said.

Appearing emotional, Abena again pleaded with her husband to forgive her for what she had confessed.

“Please, let all spirits, heaven and earth bear witness that I have wronged you. Please forgive me,” she pleaded.

Chief was later contacted by telephone during the programme, where he expressed anger over the revelation and accused his late father-in-law of knowing about the children’s paternity but keeping the information from him.

He claimed that Mr Nyame, who was an SDA church leader, knew that two of the children were not biologically his but deliberately failed to tell him. Chief also accused his late father-in-law of changing the name he had given one of the children without his knowledge or consent.

He further claimed that Abena’s parents had secretly received money from the children’s biological fathers while Abena continued living with him as his wife.

Chief said he had invoked spiritual curses against his wife’s family and would not withdraw them until he received compensation for the money and resources he had spent raising the children.

He also made threats against people who attended his father-in-law’s burial, suggesting that they could suffer consequences similar to those he associated with the deceased.

“Where I have taken this issue to is too far, and anybody who buries your father will be the next person. I am deeply hurt after taking care of all three children. I don’t even know whether the last one is biologically mine. If I tell you that I have no hand in your father’s death, then that is not true,” he declared.

Chief insisted that DNA tests must be conducted on all three children to establish their biological paternity before he would consider reconciliation.

He also said he intended to calculate the expenses he had incurred while raising the children and seek compensation before agreeing to settle the dispute.

“I want DNA tests conducted on all three children. After that, I will calculate all the expenses I have incurred in raising them and demand compensation before agreeing to settle this issue,” he stated.

In another disturbing statement, Chief warned that members of Abena’s family could die one after another if his demands were not met, claiming that Abena would be the last.

We Struggled Over the Knife for About 10 Minutes – Killaboi Tells Lagos Court How He Discovered Late Girlfriend Augusta Planned to Meet Another Man for Sex for ₦1.5 Million

Published

on

Benjamin Nnayerugo, popularly known as Killaboi, has told a Lagos High Court how he discovered that his late girlfriend, Augusta Onuwabhagbe, was allegedly arranging to have sex with another man for ₦1.5 million.

Testifying during his trial on Thursday, Nnayerugo recounted the events that preceded Augusta’s death, saying he discovered the conversations after gaining access to her phone.

According to his testimony, he contacted Augusta’s mother after discovering the messages and informed her of his intention to end the relationship. However, he said her mother challenged him over accessing Augusta’s phone.

Nnayerugo told the court that on the night of July 11, 2023, he had a lengthy conversation with Augusta that continued into the following morning. During the discussion, he said she told him she was no longer interested in continuing their relationship.

He also told the court that he felt used after reflecting on the money and gifts he had spent on her during their relationship. These included a trip to Seychelles in 2022, her university fees in January 2023, and what he described as about ₦20 million spent on diamonds, an iPhone, AirPods and a private lounge for her birthday celebration in February 2023.

“I started listing out all I had done for her since she said she had since checked out from the relationship,” he told the court.

He further testified that on July 12, 2023, he eventually agreed to meet Augusta at his residence after receiving a message from her mother concerning the man she had reportedly planned to meet.

According to Nnayerugo, the message indicated that Augusta had known the man before she began dating him. He said he interpreted this as a sign that her mother supported her decision to end their relationship.

Nnayerugo told the court that Augusta later joined him in his bedroom, where they smoked marijuana, ate and slept separately.

He said that the following morning, he became determined to access her phone after an earlier attempt to read her WhatsApp messages failed because she had changed her password.

According to his account, he pretended to have a cough and asked Augusta to bring him water from the refrigerator. He said he then took her phone as she turned away.

He claimed Augusta immediately rushed back and demanded that he return the device. While holding the phone in one hand and attempting to keep her away with the other, he said he began checking her messages.

Nnayerugo testified that he found conversations between Augusta and her mother that he interpreted as showing that her mother had advised her on what to tell him about the relationship and encouraged her to leave him.

He said he became angry and called Augusta’s mother a fake pastor, prompting an angry reaction from Augusta.

According to his testimony, Augusta picked up a knife from a table and threatened to stab him if he did not return her phone. He claimed she stabbed him in both hands but said he continued holding on to the device because he wanted her to return it along with other gifts he had purchased for her.

He further told the court that Augusta threatened to stab him in the chest and kill him for insulting her mother. He said he managed to take the knife from her during the ensuing struggle.

Describing the confrontation, Nnayerugo said they struggled over the knife for about 10 minutes, with Augusta holding the handle while he held the blade.

“We dragged the knife for about 10mins, she was holding on to the handle while I held the tip,” he told the court.

He said he later realised that Augusta had been stabbed in the stomach during the struggle.

“At that point she was hit and fell down. It was then my eyes cleared. Blood came out from her stomach and her mouth,” he added.

Nnayerugo also claimed that he tried to save her by using a towel to cover the wound in an attempt to stop the bleeding.

“I told her not to die and that I won’t break up with her again,” he added.

Nnayerugo was arraigned in November 2025 and pleaded not guilty to a two-count charge. His trial began after he was extradited to Nigeria following about two years on the run. He was eventually arrested in Doha, Qatar.

The court has adjourned further hearing until December 7 and 8, 2026.

According to reports, paramedics were called to the property after Karina was found unresponsive. On arrival, they observed signs of rigor mortis and confirmed that she had no vital signs.

The man, identified as 34-year-old Armando, told authorities that he had tried to wake Karina but she did not respond. He also reported finding vomit in her mouth.

Armando explained that he and Karina had been drinking with a mutual friend in Jesús Tepactepec before returning to his home. He said Karina did not want to go back to her own house while intoxicated because of previous family problems.

An initial assessment reportedly raised the possibility that Karina had died after inhaling stomach contents into her lungs. However, her family later said the post-mortem examination ruled out that explanation, as well as alcohol poisoning.

The differing accounts have raised questions about the circumstances surrounding her death, although the investigation is still ongoing.

Armando was arrested on October 17 after officers reportedly discovered narcotics, a long-barrelled firearm restricted to the armed forces and several rounds of ammunition during a search of the property.

However, authorities confirmed on October 20 that he had been released following intervention by his defence lawyer.

His release does not mean he has been cleared of wrongdoing. Authorities have yet to conclude their investigation into Karina’s death, and further details about the circumstances remain unclear.

Mum Left Paralysed After Pregnancy Complications Lead to a Heart Tear and Blood Clot in Her Brain

Published

on

A 39-year-old mother, Kayele Sheppard, has been left paralysed on her right side after suffering a life-threatening stroke caused by a blood clot that travelled from her heart to her brain.

Follow our Whatsapp channel here

Kayele’s family has revealed that she endured several medical emergencies after the clot triggered a catastrophic stroke, followed by bleeding in her brain that required multiple emergency surgeries.

According to a statement released by her family, Kayele nearly died 12 years ago while pregnant with her son, Archie, after suffering a tear in her aorta, the body’s main artery.

Follow our Telegram channel here

She underwent life-saving surgery and was fitted with mechanical heart valves. Despite the seriousness of her condition, she survived and continued raising her family.

However, tragedy struck again earlier this year when a large blood clot broke away from her heart while she was driving and travelled to her brain, causing a severe stroke.

Her family said the following day brought another frightening development when she suffered a brain bleed, forcing them to consent to another emergency operation.

Doctors performed a decompressive craniectomy to relieve pressure and swelling in her brain before placing her in a medically induced coma.

Seven days later, medical staff restarted the blood-thinning medication she requires because of her mechanical heart valves. However, she suffered another brain bleed and needed further emergency surgery.

For 20 agonising days, her loved ones waited and prayed for her to regain consciousness.

Against the odds, Kayele eventually woke up, came off the ventilator and began breathing independently.

She is currently receiving treatment at Furness General Hospital in Barrow. However, the stroke has left her paralysed on her right side, while her speech and ability to communicate have also been severely affected.

Kayele is undergoing physiotherapy and speech therapy, but her family says she urgently needs more intensive specialist neurological rehabilitation to support her recovery.

According to her loved ones, private specialist treatment could cost between £4,500 and £8,500 per week, with six months of treatment potentially costing as much as £221,000.

She has been approved for 12 weeks of NHS rehabilitation, while private medical insurance was unaffordable because of her previous medical history.

Her family is now hoping to raise £150,000 to help cover specialist rehabilitation and provide support throughout her recovery.

Explaining their hopes for Kayele’s future, the family said:

“Above everything, we want Kayele to have the best possible quality of life with her two sons, C-Jay and Archie.

“To be able to communicate with them, tell them she loves them, share memories, and hopefully regain the ability to walk and enjoy everyday life with her boys.

“Nobody can promise what Kayele’s recovery will look like, but we want to give her every possible opportunity.

“Kayele has already fought for her life twice.

“Now it’s our turn to fight for her future.

“Let’s give Kayele the chance to live, not just survive.”

More than £40,000 had reportedly been raised towards the £150,000 target at the time of writing.

Siobhan Rooke, speaking on behalf of the family, said Kayele could require years of recovery and that continued access to specialist rehabilitation could make a significant difference to her independence and quality of life.

She added that her family and friends remained determined to give her the best possible chance of recovery, describing her strength and determination after multiple life-threatening complications as extraordinary.

I Envy Children Whose Parents Left Abusive Marriages – Onyango Otieno Opens Up About Growing Up in a Home Without Love

Published

on

A man identified as Onyango Otieno has opened up about the emotional pain of growing up in a home he says was not filled with love, sharing how his childhood experiences shaped his views on marriage, divorce and family.

Follow our Whatsapp channel here

In a lengthy post on Facebook, Otieno said he envies people whose parents chose to leave abusive marriages rather than remain together at all costs.

He questioned religious teachings that discourage divorce, arguing that some religious leaders advise couples, particularly women, to remain in abusive relationships in the name of protecting their marriages.

Follow our Telegram channel here

According to him, keeping a marriage together should not come at the expense of the emotional well-being of the people involved, especially children who have little or no say in their parents’ decisions.

Otieno also spoke about men and women who remain in unhappy marriages because they fear society’s judgment or losing the family they had hoped to build.

Reflecting on his own childhood, he said he never experienced the kind of happy family life in which parents genuinely care for each other and their children.

He added that he envies people who can call their parents simply to laugh, share stories and ask about each other’s day without every conversation turning into a family problem or a request for money.

Otieno said he has come to accept that he may never experience that kind of parental care, adding that he is learning to find happiness among people who genuinely love him.

In his words:

“I envy children whose parents left an abusive marriage instead of trying to make it work at all costs.

Even with the Christian teaching about God hating divorce, it’ll never make sense to me why many religious leaders advise partners (especially women) to stay in abusive unions to make God happy.

God must be a sadistic psychopath who loves pain if that’s the case. He loves seeing children suffering in dysfunctional homes because apparently marriage is so important it must be protected by whatever means even when people are dying in it.

There are so many men afraid of leaving their marriages. They’re struggling with depression but do not have the courage to show it or tell anyone. They’re tired. But what will society say? What happens to their dream of a big happy family?

There are so many women afraid of losing that title “wife” just because their aspirations of having a family must work in their heads even if they are unhappy.

In all this, the biggest casualties are the children who never have a say in what the adults decide.

How I wish I’d have experienced happy parents. I don’t know what that is like. I wonder how I was supposed to create a happy life if my parents have been stressed all my existence. Who was supposed to teach me taking care of myself if the parents I was given did not know how to care for each other?

I envy anyone who says they can call their father or mother and laugh on the phone. Their parents call to check up on them just because they love them. Not asking for money or solving some family dispute. Just to laugh and ask how their day was.

That has never happened to me. Greetings have always been followed by an issue. They were a prerequisite to something else and not the main thing.

I have accepted I may never get to experience that care. And it’s not my fault. So I make joy where I am loved. It’s the only thing I have left”

I Sent Her ₦8K, and She Stopped Replying. I Had Already Developed Feelings for Her – Man Calls Out Woman

Published

on

A Nigerian man identified as Akinbajo Joseph has taken to social media to call out a woman identified as Mojisola Okunsanya after she stopped communicating with him following discussions about starting a serious relationship.

Follow our Whatsapp channel here

In a complaint shared on Facebook, Joseph explained that he met Mojisola after she sent him a friend request. According to him, their conversations gradually became more serious, with both of them discussing their relationship status and the possibility of building a relationship that could eventually lead to marriage.

Follow our Telegram channel here

Joseph, who said he is originally from Ijebu-Igbo but lives in Lagos, claimed that he invited Mojisola to visit him so he could introduce her to his family. He also said he planned to visit her in Ijebu-Ode to meet her mother, after she reportedly told him that her father was late.

According to Joseph, Mojisola later requested financial assistance for transportation from Ijebu-Ode to Lagos. He said he sent her ₦8,000 because he believed she intended to make the trip.

Mojisola

He further claimed that Mojisola informed him that she was at a motor park and preparing to travel. Joseph said he asked her to update him once she boarded a vehicle, but he received no further communication.

He explained that he tried calling and messaging her several times without success. He also claimed that he later discovered he could no longer access her Facebook profile normally and suspected that she had blocked or restricted him.

Joseph said he attempted to contact her using another person’s phone number, but she still did not answer. The situation, he explained, left him questioning what had happened after he sent the transportation money.

However, Joseph acknowledged that he could not independently establish why Mojisola stopped responding and called on the administrators of the dating group where they connected to investigate the matter fairly.

In his complaint, he requested that the administrators contact Mojisola, allow both parties to present evidence and take appropriate action if any wrongdoing was established.

Joseph also clarified that his complaint was not solely about the ₦8,000 but about the lack of communication after their travel arrangements had been discussed.

He appealed to the group administrators to handle the matter professionally and give Mojisola an opportunity to explain her side of the story.

He wrote: “Dear Esteemed Administrators,

I am writing to formally bring to your attention an incident involving a lady known to me as Okusanya mojisola, whom I met through your dating platform. I consider this matter serious because it concerns trust, honesty, accountability, and the integrity of a group established to help people find genuine relationships and potential life partners.

1. HOW WE MET AND HOW THE CONVERSATION DEVELOPED

I met Okusanya mojisola after she sent me a friend request on Facebook, which I accepted. Following our initial interaction, we began communicating and discussing matters relating to relationships and our personal lives. During our conversation, I asked her about her relationship status, and she informed me that she was single and searching.

Based on our discussions, I developed a genuine interest in her and decided to introduce myself properly. I explained what I do for a living and made my intentions known to her. I told her that I was interested in pursuing a serious relationship that could potentially lead to marriage, rather than engaging in a casual relationship without a clear direction.

I also explained that I am originally from Ijebu-igbo but currently based in Lagos. Since she told me that she lives in Ijebu-Ode, I suggested that she visit me in Lagos so that I could introduce her to my family. My intention was to demonstrate the seriousness of my intentions and give her the opportunity to meet my parents.

I further explained that, after she had met my family, I would also make arrangements to visit Ijebu-Ode to meet her mother, as she had informed me that her father was late. I believed that these steps would help us understand each other better and determine whether we could build a meaningful relationship with marriage as our ultimate goal.

2. THE ₦8,000 TRANSPORTATION FARE

During our conversation, she request for transport support which I asked Okusanya mojisola how much transportation from Ijebu-Ode to Lagos would cost. She provided the amount, and I subsequently sent her ₦8,000 as transportation assistance to facilitate her proposed visit to Lagos.

I sent the money in good faith because I believed she was sincere about meeting me and that we were taking a genuine step towards establishing a serious relationship.

After making the transfer, I sent her a screenshot of the debit alert as confirmation that the money had been sent successfully.

At no point did I consider the money an investment or payment for any personal benefit. I sent it because I trusted the person I was communicating with and believed that she intended to honour the arrangement we had discussed.

3. HER CLAIM THAT SHE WAS ON HER WAY TO LAGOS

On the day in question, Okusanya mojisola informed me that she was at the park and was preparing to travel from Ijebu-Ode to Lagos. I was pleased to receive this information because I believed that the planned meeting was finally going to take place.

I asked her to send me a screenshot or a brief update once she had boarded the vehicle. My intention was simply to confirm that she had commenced the journey and to have some reassurance about her travel arrangements.

However, after approximately 10:30 a.m., I waited for further communication from her. I expected her to provide an update as the journey progressed, particularly because I was anticipating her arrival and had planned to receive her in Lagos.

As time passed, I became increasingly concerned. I tried calling her several times, but she did not answer. I also sent messages through Facebook Messenger. Although my messages appeared to have been delivered, I received no response.

By approximately 3:00 p.m., I was seriously concerned because I had received no meaningful update about her journey or whereabouts. Considering the expected travel time between Ijebu-Ode and Lagos, I could not understand why there had been no communication.

I appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can occur during travel, and I would have understood if she had encountered a delay or changed her plans. All I expected was an explanation.

4. THE SUDDEN LOSS OF COMMUNICATION

What made the situation more troubling was that my attempts to contact Okusanya mojisola continued to be unsuccessful.

Subsequently, I discovered that I could no longer access her Facebook profile in the usual way. It also appeared that she had restricted or blocked my access to her account and Messenger. My messages no longer showed the usual indications of activity, and I could not establish whether she was willing to communicate with me.

I even attempted to reach her using another person’s telephone number. Although the calls appeared to go through, she did not answer them.

At this stage, I was left without an explanation as to why she had stopped communicating after receiving the transportation money and informing me that she was travelling to Lagos.

To be clear, I cannot independently confirm her intentions or establish why she stopped responding. Nevertheless, the sequence of events has caused me serious concern and has left me questioning whether the arrangement was genuine.

5. MY COMPLAINT AND CONCERNS ABOUT THE INTEGRITY OF THE GROUP

Esteemed administrators, I am bringing this matter to your attention not merely because of the ₦8,000 involved, but because of the trust that members place in a platform intended to facilitate genuine relationships.

When someone expresses an interest in a serious relationship, discusses marriage, agrees to meet a potential partner’s family, receives transportation assistance, and subsequently becomes unreachable without explanation, the situation raises legitimate concerns that deserve to be examined.

If this kind of conduct is allowed to continue without appropriate review, members may begin to lose confidence in the platform. People who genuinely seek companionship and marriage may become suspicious of others, making it more difficult for honest members to establish meaningful relationships.

I understand that not every failed meeting or unanswered message constitutes fraud. However, I believe the circumstances described above warrant an impartial investigation and an opportunity for Okusanya mojisola to explain what happened.

6. MY REQUEST TO THE ADMINISTRATORS

In light of the foregoing, I respectfully request that the administrators:

1. Review this complaint impartially and contact Okusanya mojisola through the appropriate channels to establish what happened.

2. Invite her to provide an explanation regarding the transportation money she received, her communication that she was travelling to Lagos, and the subsequent loss of contact.

3. Give both parties an opportunity to present evidence, including relevant screenshots of our conversations, the transportation transfer receipt, and any information that may clarify the circumstances.

4. Consider appropriate action under the group’s rules if the investigation establishes that she deliberately obtained money through deception or violated the group’s policies. This may include a warning, temporary suspension, or removal from the group, depending on the findings and the rules governing membership.

5. Encourage accountability and respectful conduct among members so that the group remains a safe and trustworthy environment for people seeking genuine relationships.

6. Where appropriate, encourage a resolution of the financial issue, including repayment of the ₦8,000 if the evidence and circumstances establish that repayment is warranted.

I side of the story. Rather, I am asking that the matter be taken seriously, investigated fairly, and resolved based on the available evidence.

 MY FINAL APPEAL

Dear administrators, I am making this complaint in good faith because I believe that trust is essential to the success of any relationship platform.

I approached Okusanya mojisola with genuine intentions. I introduced myself, explained my circumstances, expressed my interest in a relationship that could lead to marriage, and offered to introduce her to my family. I sent the transportation money because I believed we were both willing to take the next step.

What has left me disappointed is not simply the amount of money involved, but the absence of an explanation after the arrangements had been made and the money had been received.

If there was a genuine reason she could not travel, I would have preferred an honest explanation. If she changed her mind about the relationship, she could also have communicated that decision. What I find difficult to understand is the apparent decision to cut off communication without clarifying what happened.

I therefore appeal to the administrators to give this matter the attention it deserves. Please contact Sonia, invite her to explain her actions, and take a fair decision based on the evidence presented by both parties.

My intention is not to create unnecessary conflict, embarrass anyone, or damage the reputation of the group. My objective is to seek clarification, encourage accountability, and help protect members who participate in the group with sincere intentions.

I trust that the administrators will handle this complaint professionally, confidentially, and in accordance with the group’s rules.

Thank you for your time, understanding, and anticipated cooperation.

Yours faithfully,

Akinbanjo Joseph”

It Shattered Me in a Way I Never Imagined, and I Also Lost a Lot of Weight – Man Cries Out After His Marriage Ends Just 6 Months After His Wedding

Published

A man identified as Donna Winson has taken to Facebook to share his emotional struggles after his marriage ended just six months after his wedding.

In a lengthy post, he revealed that he had tried everything possible to save the marriage, including seeking help from family members, church leaders and trusted people around them. However, despite the efforts and interventions, the marriage could not be salvaged.

Follow our Telegram channel here

Winson described the experience as deeply painful, saying the breakdown of his marriage affected his emotional and physical well-being. He disclosed that he battled depression, low self-esteem, distress and weight loss, adding that even antidepressants did not seem to ease his pain.

Sharing his experience, he wrote: “It is bold to unveil the pain. I lost my marriage after only six months from the wedding day. It shattered me in ways I never imagined; pain that gnawed at my soul, depression that hollowed me out, even antidepressants didn’t help, weight loss that left me frail (low self esteem currently), emotional collapse, distress, sickness. Everything.

As a man, I poured myself into every possible path: family engagement: silence. Church support: silence. Those I trusted to help: silence. Prayer: unanswered. Fasting: unanswered. Appeals of logic, of emotion, of ethics to my wife: unanswered. It’s sad we could not even sit to talk.

And so I am left with one haunting question: What went wrong? Wasn’t this marriage God’s plan? Why did He allow us to wed? Could I have done right that I didn’t? Was it all a mistake? Was it about my worth after failing to find reaons for the separation?

The burden is crushing. Even last week, I tried again. Flight back home to try mend the dying embers: the answer was still no. Now I have to drag myself on that aircraft back to work.

It is agonizing to walk away from devotion, from vows, from covenant, without ever knowing why. Yet it was necessary. To anyone enduring this storm: it is brutal, it is traumatic, but sometimes you have no choice. With tears streaming and pieces of yourself scattered, you must keep showing up until the darkness breaks.

To those who stand outside of it: this is not the moment to mock or dismiss. It is the moment to pray, because the enemy of love wages war against marriage. Pray for your unions, but above all, pray for me too as I stumble through this labyrinth of grief.

We shall overcome. We shall rise again. Healing begins when we dare to speak, when we refuse to hide. Silence drained me; confession is the first breath of survival. I shall rise again. Feel how you want.”
