I Was the Only One Who Survived Among the Four Sets of Twins My Mom Gave Birth To – Actor Taiwo Hassan

Veteran Nollywood actor Taiwo Hassan, popularly known as Ogo, has shared the heartbreaking story of his childhood, revealing that he is the only surviving child among four sets of twins born to his mother.

The actor made the emotional revelation during an appearance on the cooking show Stirring Stories by Simisola, where he reflected on his family history and personal experiences.

Speaking during the interview, Ogo disclosed that his mother gave birth to four sets of twins, but he is the only one still alive, having lost all seven of his siblings.

The veteran actor also used the opportunity to speak against fathers who abandon their families in an attempt to avoid their responsibilities.

According to him, no parent can truly escape the obligations that come with raising a child, stressing that such responsibilities will eventually have to be faced.

He said:

“You are running away from your responsibilities, it is hanging up there in your house, you will still meet it and face it squarely whenever you come back home”
