Her death was announced on the actor’s fan page, where members described her as one of the dedicated pioneers of the association and a key figure in coordinating activities within the group.
According to the announcement, she had recently played a significant role in overseeing and coordinating burial-related matters connected to the fan association, acting as a communication link between the group and the late actor’s family.

Iya Ibadan, as she was fondly called by Alexx was a remarkable lady whose kindness, commitment, and selflessness left a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She served this association faithfully, always willing to lend a helping hand and contribute wherever she was needed. Her calm disposition, sense of responsibility, and unwavering dedication made her an invaluable part of our community.
In recent weeks, Matilda played a vital role in overseeing and coordinating matters relating to the burial arrangements of Alexx Ekubo on behalf of the Alexx Ekubo Wives Association. She served as the bridge between the association and Alexx’s family, diligently relaying information, ensuring smooth communication, and carrying out her responsibilities with dedication and grace.
It is therefore particularly heartbreaking that while carrying out these acts of service, she met her untimely death on her way home on Wednesday evening. The news has left us shocked, deeply saddened, and struggling to come to terms with this painful loss. 😭😭💔

Aceh is the only province in Indonesia that formally implements Islamic criminal law, which includes regulations covering relationships and sexual conduct.
