Katie Price husband, Lee Andrews, found in Dubai prison after mysteriously disappearing
Katie Price’s husband, Lee Andrews, has reportedly been located after days of uncertainty that led the former glamour model to fear he may have been kidnapped.
According to recent reports, Andrews was arrested by authorities in Dubai, although the exact nature of the allegations against him has not yet been publicly disclosed.
A police source reportedly confirmed the development, stating:
“Lee Andrews has been arrested.”
Price and Andrews tied the knot in January this year, just days after reportedly meeting.
Before his reported arrest, Andrews had already been at the center of several controversies involving his business activities and personal life. He had presented himself online as the chief executive of a company called Aura Group Future Urban Travel 2027 and also claimed involvement with “SpaceX Hybrid Fitness.”
Reports also claimed that Andrews had previously been restricted from leaving Dubai due to an ongoing legal matter linked to allegations that a mortgage had been taken out in an ex-partner’s name without her knowledge. Andrews reportedly denied any issue preventing his travel at the time.
Under UAE regulations, individuals who are the subject of criminal investigations can face travel restrictions until their cases are resolved. Price later confirmed that Andrews had been placed under a travel ban, although she did not publicly disclose the reason.
The businessman has also faced criticism from former partners. One ex-girlfriend reportedly described him as a “liar, narcissist and manipulator,” while another allegedly referred to him as the “Tinder Swindler” and claimed several women had accused him of attempting to scam them financially.
Earlier this week, Price publicly expressed fears for Andrews’ safety after losing contact with him for several days.
Speaking in a YouTube video, she said:
“Lee has been missing for three days. The last time I heard from Lee was Wednesday night at 10 o’clock.
He was trying to go through the border in Dubai to get on a flight to me… His location went off at 10:03 Wednesday night; that’s the last contact anyone’s had, his family and myself.”
Price later revealed that several agencies, including British police, the British Consulate, the Foreign Office and Interpol, had been contacted in efforts to locate him.
“There is absolutely nothing more I can do, nothing more I can say and now the police are dealing with it. I’m just leaving it to the police,” she said during a podcast appearance.
Recent reports now suggest that Andrews’ disappearance may have been connected to his arrest and detention in Dubai rather than a suspected kidnapping. Authorities have yet to publicly release further details regarding the case.
