Nigerian Actor Bamidele Tope Saint, Popularly Known as Okemesi Passes Away

Nigerian actor Bamidele Tope Saint, widely known by his stage name Okemesi, has passed away.

Reports indicate that the actor died on February 24 while receiving medical treatment at a hospital. His d£ath was confirmed by his colleague, Tony Montana, who shared the sad news on social media.

According to Tony Montana, Okemesi reportedly slipped into a coma following complications linked to medication administered during his treatment. Despite medical efforts, his condition worsened, eventually leading to his d£ath.

Tony wrote: “With a heavy heart, I’m announcing to the world that Okemesi is de@d. The doctor pronounced him d£ad at exactly 11:50 a.m. this morning, February 24, 2026. Okemesi is gone.
“So, on behalf of the entire Bamidele family, I’m announcing to the world that Oluwatope Bamidele Saint Okemesi is de£d. We have taken the body to the morgue. I will communicate the rest of the arrangements to you guys. We appreciate every one of you who turned up for him. May God forgive Okemesi and rest his soul.”
