Two lifelong best friends, Sophia and Julia, who’ve been inseparable since their school days, are sharing their story of staying close in the most extreme way—by transforming their appearances to look more and more alike.
In a candid interview with Truly, the pair explained how their deep bond has led them to get fillers, Botox, lipo, and other procedures together so they can keep matching each other’s looks. After more than two decades of friendship, they say it’s just another part of how they show love and stay connected.

They’ve been working out together for the past 12 years, doing the exact same exercises, and people often mistake them for twins because of how similar they’ve become.
The duo first started getting cosmetic work done when they turned 18. They revealed: “We started getting face procedures when we were 18 and that is the first time we did the fillers and botox and we did our lips on our 18th birthday.”
Julia shared why she went even further: “So i had lipo in my double chin to look like sophia because i was really insecure about that and i always loved how defined sophie chin was and her jawline and i am also planning to get a boob job done because I had a baby 3 years ago and i breastfed and stuff so i feel like i want to make them look better again and I also want them to be larger because Sophie has bigger boobs and I kind of want to be more Similar to her also.
“And then we are going to do teeth, we want to do the veeneers and we are addicted to procedures for sure” Sophia added.

When asked about feeling hooked on cosmetic work, Julia explained: “We feel addicted to procedures because i dont feel like we go to overboard with things.”
But the road hasn’t been easy. They’ve faced a lot of pushback and mockery, especially online. Sophia said: “So nobody is really supportive of our procedures to be honest, We get hate on social media or family dont like it, I cant even think about really nobody that really likes it except from us.”
She continued: “I think they are like think it’s ridiculous that we are wearing the clothes they think its a little like too much and immature many even think it is even cute.
“So the comments we get online is both positive and negative, I would say it leaning more negative.”
Many people online have even called them the “Dragged version of Angelina Jolie,” which they say stings but doesn’t change how they feel about each other or their choices.
