17-year-old migrants face deportation after raping a 15-year-old girl in the UK
A significant legal ruling at Warwick Crown Court has concluded with the conviction and deportation of two teenage migrants following a violent sexual assault on a 15-year-old girl. The defendants, identified as Jan Jahanzeb and Israr Niazal, both aged 17, had reportedly arrived in the United Kingdom by boat prior to the incident.
The court heard harrowing details regarding the attack, which took place in a secluded “den-type” area in Leamington Spa. The victim was forcibly separated from her friends and dragged to the hidden location despite her visible and audible distress.
Throughout the trial, Jahanzeb and Niazal attempted to claim that the encounter was consensual. However, this defense was dismantled by the presentation of graphic mobile phone footage. The video captured the victim’s desperate pleas, including the chilling statement, “You are going to rape me.”
Further evidence detailed the physical violence used to suppress the victim’s cries. The court was told that Jan Jahanzeb held his hand over the girl’s mouth to silence her, a tactic that successfully prevented nearby witnesses from realizing the severity of the situation and intervening.
Judge Sylvia de Bertodano, presiding over the case, delivered a stern assessment of the defendants’ actions during the sentencing on Monday.
The Judge said: “What you two did on that evening changed her life forever.
“No child should have to suffer the ordeal that she suffered. It’s clear from the footage we have seen that no one can seriously entertain the thought that you believed she was consenting.
“This is a case where it was absolutely clear to both of you that you were taking a child away from her friends in the face of her vigorous protests to somewhere that could not be observed in order to commit this offence.
“You both knew perfectly well that what you were doing was criminal and wrong.”
Following the trial, both Jahanzeb and Niazal were ordered to register as sex offenders and have since been deported from the country. The Deputy Chief Crown Prosecutor for the West Midlands CPS said: “These convictions reflect the deliberate and deeply harmful choices made by the defendants, who targeted and assaulted a vulnerable young victim.
“Rape is a profoundly damaging crime, leaving lasting emotional and psychological scars on victims and their families. The evidence in this case including recordings and the victim’s own testimony, made clear the defendants’ responsibility for the suffering caused.

A Ghanaian woman has reportedly been hospitalized after collapsing upon discovering that her husband had allegedly married another woman without her knowledge.
The incident was shared on Facebook by a man identified as Fati Aboni, who said the woman is currently receiving treatment at a hospital. According to him, the incident occurred on Friday, June 26.
He wrote: “First wife is at the hospital on admission and second wife is home enjoying her new marriage.
My dear brothers, uncles and Fathers, I will plead with you on this issue.
Polygamy has become part of us and it has come to stay. Most women have accepted the fact that it has come to stay.
But we beg you, If you will add another woman as second wife, inform your first wife either a week to the program or even if you can’t tell her, inform the heads of the family, people you know your wife respects so they find a suitable way to put it up to to her.
But don’t finish with the marriage for the first wife to hear it somewhere as rumors before you confirm it.
This happened in Ashaiman.The second wife marriage happened last week, during the process, the man was home all day with his first wife enjoying happily as they usually do yet the man couldn’t inform her. At least he could hv used that as an opportunity to let his wife know that he is bringing in a second wife.
He kept quiet on the issue and today the wife found out and felt unconscious so she was rushed to the hospital.

Chinese Zoo Faces Backlash After Painting Donkey to Look Like a Zebra
Following the circulation of the footage, a staff member at the Qingyun Mountain Folk Custom Amusement Park explained that the animal was part of a themed attraction rather than an attempt to pass it off as a real zebra.
“We’re doing cosplay. We never said it was a zebra!
The staff also mentioned that the park had previously carried out similar animal “makeovers” to entertain guests, including styling dogs to resemble pandas.
