The graduate, identified as Victor Akubo, made the bold statement in a Facebook post while celebrating his sign-out day at the Federal University, Lokoja.

In his post, Victor shared photos of himself proudly posing in his graduation gown with the caption:

“A graduation is 10 times better than a billionaire with no degree.”
