Influencer Paola Caldera Dies of Cancer at 30

A Venezuelan influencer, Paola Caldera, has tragically died at the age of 30 after battling acute lymphoblastic leukaemia.

Paola had fled Venezuela to the United States, where she applied for political asylum and pursued her dream of building a better future for her family.

While in the U.S., she became known for inspiring families with her story of chasing the American Dream, often encouraging others to work hard so their children could have a brighter future.

Despite her illness, Paola remained devoted to her family. She also cared for her eldest son, who suffers from an undisclosed medical condition. Alongside her husband, she raised her children with a focus on education, discipline, and resilience.

In an interview before her death, Paola said she appreciated the safety and lifestyle in the U.S., noting that she earned more cleaning hotel rooms than she ever did working as a dentist in Venezuela. She also documented her daily routines on social media, offering glimpses into her life as both a mother and a hardworking immigrant.

Her passing came last week, following complications from pneumonia.
