Pregnant Woman Loses Twins After Hospital Refuse Admission Over ₦28,000

A heartbreaking story has emerged from Abuja after a heavily pregnant woman lost her twins due to hospitals allegedly refusing to admit her because she could not afford ₦28,000.

In a video shared by content creator @joycarl, the woman was spotted trekking along the road to Mpape, visibly distressed and in pain. When asked why she was crying, she revealed that doctors had refused to attend to her because she had no money, while her husband was also seriously ill and unable to help.

According to reports, she first tried to seek help at Maitama Hospital, but was turned away due to a lack of available beds. She was eventually admitted to the National Hospital, Abuja, where she went into labor. Sadly, she gave birth but tragically lost both babies.
