Queen Mercy Atang’s husband, King David, has stirred reactions online after sharing a cryptic message about the importance of healing before dating.

The post has fueled speculation about the state of their marriage, as the couple is no longer following each other on social media.

Back in June 2025, Queen unfollowed her husband and deleted all their photos together, later explaining that she only did so in an attempt to save her marriage.

While neither Queen nor King David has publicly confirmed a separation, fans are now speculating that there may be trouble in paradise.

She said: “I was trying to take my marriage off social media because my husband’s handle is out there, with a lot of ladies sliding in his DM to say both positive and negative things.
“I just want to protect my marriage and reduce some of the things I put out there”
