French Streamer Jean Pormanove Dies in His Sleep During 10-Day Streaming Marathon

46-year-old French content creator, Jean Pormanove, has passed away in his sleep while attempting a 10-day streaming marathon.

According to Le Parisien, the Nice prosecutor’s office confirmed that Jean died on August 18th in the rented room he had been using for his livestream sessions.

Before authorities officially announced his death, disturbing clips began circulating online, appearing to show his lifeless body during a live broadcast.

Jean had gained popularity for his gaming content and extreme challenges, amassing more than 500,000 followers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick.

Paying tribute, fellow streamer Owen Cenazandotti said: “I ask you all to respect his memory and not share the video of his last breath in his sleep,”

“My brother, my sidekick, my partner, six years side by side, without ever letting go, I love you, my brother, and we will miss you terribly.”
