Dreka Gates Files for Divorce from Kevin Gates After 9 Years of Marriage

Dreka Gates, wife of rapper Kevin Gates, has officially filed for divorce after nine years of marriage.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Dreka cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split and listed July 10th as their date of separation.

The couple, who share two children—Islah (12) and Khaza (11)

In her filing, Dreka is requesting joint legal and physical custody of their children. She is also seeking spousal support and has asked the court to terminate its ability to award Kevin any support in return.

It remains unclear whether the pair had a prenuptial agreement in place at the time of their marriage
