CCTV Footage Goes Viral as Actress Genevieve Confronts Teen Who Stole Her Phone at a Coffee Shop

A CCTV clip has gone viral, capturing the moment Bridgerton actress Genevieve Chenneour bravely confronted a teenage thief who stole her phone at a popular coffee shop.

The incident took place at Joe & The Juice in Kensington, West London, in full view of shocked customers. In the footage, Chenneour is seen stopping 18-year-old Zacariah Boulares and demanding the return of her phone.

According to MailOnline, this wasn’t Boulares’ first run-in with the law. Just 18 months earlier, he made headlines for threatening Welsh chorister Alec Jones with a m**ch*t* during a robbery in Chiswick, where he stole a £17,000 Rolex watch.

Boulares was arrested and sentenced to 24 months in youth detention for that attack in October 2023 but was released after serving just 14 months.
