Model Claims Dating Apps Banned Her for Being Too Beautiful

Influencer Janaina Prazeres has revealed that she’s been banned from multiple dating apps—all because, according to her, she’s “too beautiful.”

In an interview with Glamour Bulgaria, Janaina shared that she created three different accounts, but each one was blocked shortly after. She believes her striking appearance may be the reason the platforms flagged her.

Now, she says she’s being “forced” to search for love offline, as her experiences with online dating have been frustrating and discouraging..

She said: “At first, I thought it was a bug.

“But after creating three different accounts and being kicked off all of them, I realised something else was happening.

“They just said my account appeared inauthentic. I tried to appeal, but never got a response.

She also shared that the dating app did not tell her about the specify reason.

She added: “I went back to doing what our parents did. Casual conversations, eye contact..”

Speaking about her appearance, Janaina openly admitted that her beauty didn’t come naturally—she has undergone extensive plastic surgery, spending around $300,000 to achieve her current look.

She said: “I love feeling more beautiful – I always try to make my self-esteem high.

‘This is the secret to a better life. So if I can invest in my beauty I don’t save.’

“We have to take advantage of what medicine offers.

“Choosing to have surgery is a strategy as I am unable to dedicate myself to dieting.

“I tried different diets and realized that some help immediately, but for me it is not advantageous.

“They are very regimented and become difficult to fit into the routine.

“I think the scalpel solves everything easier – the diet requires us to adapt to a new lifestyle and I’m not willing to do that.
