Khloé Kardashian’s Ex-Husband Lamar Odom Ordered to Vacate L.A. Home After Failing to Pay Rent
Former NBA star and Khloé Kardashian’s ex-husband, Lamar Odom, has been ordered to leave his Los Angeles home after allegedly failing to pay rent for several months.
According to a lawsuit filed in L.A. County court, Odom is being sued by his landlord, Executive Recovery Group, Inc., for skipping out on $45,000 in rent. The suit claims Odom entered a month-to-month rental agreement in December, agreeing to pay $15,000 per month with rent due on the first of each month.
However, the landlord alleges Odom failed to pay rent from January 1st through March 31st. Despite being warned and given a three-day notice to pay the full amount, the rent reportedly remained unpaid.
As a result, legal action was taken, and the court has now ordered Odom to vacate the property.
The lawsuit reads: “If you fail to perform or otherwise comply, Landlord declares the forfeiture of the lease or rental agreement under which you occupy said premises.
“At the time the 3-day notice to pay rent or quit was served, the amount of rent due was $45,000,”
