After Lending Him ₦250K, He Told Friends I Was Forcing Him to Marry—So I Faked a Pregnancy to Get My Money Back- Lady Narrates Experience With Boyfriend

A young Nigerian woman has gone viral on social media after sharing her dramatic experience with a boyfriend she had been emotionally and financially supporting.

In an interview with content creator Peejay, the woman revealed that things took a turn when her boyfriend started speaking badly about her to his friends. He allegedly told them she was desperate to marry him and had been pressuring him—despite the fact that she had just given him N250,000.

After giving him the money, she began to feel used and disrespected. In a surprising twist, she admitted to faking a pregnancy and then claiming she needed an abortion, which he agreed to. When he asked how much the procedure would cost, she told him it was N250,000—the exact amount she had initially lent him. He went as far as selling his television and Timberland boots to raise the funds.

Later, she claimed the first abortion attempt failed and told him she needed another one costing N310,000. He sent her N290,000. Once she received that, she asked him to return the original N250,000 loan—and he did.

Although her posts has caused lots of stir as many people commended her for her actions.
