TV personality Sharon Osbourne has stirred reactions online after fans expressed concern over her noticeably slimmed-down appearance in a recent video.

The 71-year-old media figure took to social media to defend her husband Ozzy Osbourne’s iconic song “War Pigs”, insisting that it is not a war anthem but an anti-war song.

In the clip, Sharon addressed critics who have accused her of hypocrisy, claiming that the song was rooted in the Vietnam War era. She fired back, urging people not to be hypocrites and to truly understand the meaning behind the track.

It could be recalled that Sharon Osbourne was among the celebrities who publicly opened up about using Ozempic, a diabetes medication that has gained popularity for its weight-loss effects.

She revealed that she began using the drug in December 2022. However, she later admitted that things spiraled out of control, as the medication suppressed her appetite to the point where she struggled to eat properly.

Speaking candidly on Howie Mandel’s podcast, Sharon shared: “I can’t put on weight now, and I don’t know what it’s done to my metabolism, but I just can’t seem to put any on, because I think I went too far

However in a recent interview with Dailymail, she said: “Now, I weigh just over 7st. I need to put on 10lb, but however much I eat, I stay the same weight,’ she said.

“I’ve had enough. I’ve given up on all interventions. I couldn’t have much more facial surgery — there’s not that much skin left to stretch, pull or cut. And I won’t have any more fillers or Botox.

“I don’t think I’ll ever be happy with the way I look. But I’m now satisfied. It’s taken years for me to say this but I’ve learned my lesson. This is me. It’s finally time to leave well alone”
