Tragedy as Final-Year Nursing Student Found Dead in Boyfriend house

Gifty Kyere, a final-year student at the Sunyani Nursing and Midwifery Training College in Ghana, has been found dead in a tragic incident that has sparked heartbreak and unanswered questions.

According to reports, Gifty had left her school campus to visit her boyfriend, 23-year-old Edmond Ayomah. Following her death, Edmond was arrested by police for questioning.

Initial reports suggested that Gifty died from an asthma attack. However, new allegations have emerged claiming she may have died while attempting to terminate a pregnancy using unsafe and unapproved methods.

In his statement, Edmond claimed he was unable to take Gifty to the hospital because he didn’t have any money.

Gifty’s father, Pastor Kyere Jonathan, also spoke out, sharing that her death came just days after she had visited home to collect money for her school fees.
