Roommate Arrested After British-Nigerian Nursing Student Found Dead in Her Apartment

Tamilore Odunsi, a British-Nigerian nursing student, was tragically found stabbed to death in her Houston, Texas apartment. Her roommate, Chester Lamar Grant, has been arrested and charged in connection with her death.

Police discovered Tamilore’s body after a family friend, concerned that her father hadn’t been able to reach her, asked authorities to check on her.

When officers arrived at the apartment, they noticed blood on the back patio and forced their way inside.

There, they found Tamilore in the kitchen with fatal stab wounds and her roomate was also found in the bedroom with stab wounds and was rushed to the hospita.

Grant, who was also found in critical condition at the scene, was taken to the hospital. After receiving medical attention, he was arrested and charged.
