Alhaja Cries Out as Husband Assaulted Her After She Refused Intimacy Over ₦800

A disturbing video has gone viral on social media, showing a woman—identified as an Alhaja—visibly bruised and swollen after allegedly being assaulted by her husband, who refers to himself as an Alfa (Islamic cleric).

According to the video shared by X user @ChuksericE, the woman claimed the incident occurred after she asked her husband for ₦800 to buy food. She said he had requested intimacy, which she declined due to their disagreement over the money. In response, he allegedly attacked her.

The woman, who is reportedly a stroke patient, appeared in the video with visible facial injuries as she recounted the incident.
