Thylane Blondeau, who went viral at the age of six after being dubbed “the most beautiful girl in the world,” is now 24 and thriving in the fashion industry.

Over the years, the former child model has worked with major global brands including Versace, Ralph Lauren, Miu Miu, Dolce & Gabbana, L’Oréal Paris, and Hugo Boss — proving she’s much more than a viral headline.

In a 2018 interview with The Telegraph, Thylane opened up about how she felt about the label that followed her since childhood. She revealed that she eventually distanced herself from the title, saying,
“Even today, people are like, ‘you are the most beautiful girl,’ and I’m like, ‘no, I’m still not — I’m just a human being, a teenager.’”

Reflecting on how she handled the public attention while growing up, she added: “When you’re small, you don’t really pay attention,”

 “People are like, ‘you know, you’re the most beautiful girl in the world,’ and you’re like, ‘I’m not, I’m just playing with my iPad.’
