A woman named Toxii has opened up about how people often shy away from her due to her extreme appearance—part of a body transformation journey she began four years ago.

Toxii, who is believed to be the first woman to have her nose surgically removed, shared her experience during an interview with Need to Know.

She explained that her transformation involves extensive body modification, including procedures on her tongue, eyes, nose, and even private parts.

She’s also had implants placed behind her ears and undergone scarification, a permanent modification technique that involves cutting or branding the skin to create raised scars.

“Sometimes people are scared,” she admitted, acknowledging the reactions she often gets in public.

Despite the attention and judgment, Toxii said she’s not done with her transformation yet. In a surprising revelation, she also shared that she keeps all of her removed body parts preserved in small jars.

“I have all my body parts in little jars,” she said.
