Don’t Marry a Woman Who Loves Her Pastor More Than You — Eric Gugua Warns Men

Media personality Eric Gugua has sparked conversation online after sharing relationship advice targeted at men.

Taking to his Twitter page, Gugua cautioned men against marrying women who appear to revere their pastors more than they do their own partners. He described such relationships as unbalanced and unwise.

He wrote: “I really don’t think it’s a good idea to go ahead and marry someone who very clearly loves and adores her pastor or church leader, more than she does you. Tbh, I think it’s an incredibly unwise thing to do, especially when they have shown you (and in some cases even told the man point blank) that your views and opinions come second to that of this person. It is not pride to leave this person. It’s just purpose preservation”
