Heartbroken Mum Dies 11 Days After Her 20-Year-Old Son Was Murdered
A Georgia community is mourning the heartbreaking loss of a mother who died just days after her 20-year-old son was murdered.
Tasha Lawson, a devoted mother from Waycross, Georgia, passed away in the hospital from heart-related complications—just 11 days after her son, Tee’Andrick Lawson, was tragically killed in a home invasion.

According to family members, Tee’Andrick was murdered when two men broke into his home while Tasha was away. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is currently investigating the case but has yet to release further details regarding the suspects or motive.
Ware County Coroner David Jordan told WTOC that Tasha’s official cause of death was an aortic dissection rupture, hypertensive and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease—serious heart conditions.
However, her family believes the emotional trauma of losing her son played a major role in her death.
They described Tasha and Tee’Andrick as “inseparable.”
In a Gofundme created by Lawson’s family, it reads: “With broken hearts, we share the tragic loss of Tee’Andrick Lawson, a loving, funny, and free-spirited young man whose life was taken far too soon in a senseless act of violence. He was the kind of person who lit up every room — full of laughter, energy, and warmth. Tee’Andrick and his mother were inseparable.
“Their bond was deep and unbreakable — best friends who did everything together. The pain of losing her son was too much for her heart to bear, and just days later, she passed away from sheer heartbreak. This double loss has left their family shattered, so forgive me if I don’t have the proper words to say! We’re asking for your support to help give the love-filled farewell we deserve. Brazilian teenage footballer Ezequias Júnior Vieira dos Santos has been tragically shot dead after reportedly confronting a man who was harassing his wife. The incident, which has shocked the local football community, occurred in Manaus, Brazil.

According to CCTV footage and reports from NeedtoKnow, the 19-year-old was involved in an altercation on a local sports court. The conflict began when Ezequias stood up to a man who was bothering his wife. The argument escalated, and the man reportedly left the scene, returned with a firearm, and shot Ezequias multiple times.
While he was being rushed to the hospital on May 21, two individuals on a motorcycle were seen following the car he was in. Shockingly, they opened fire again, fatally wounding him. He was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital.
Just one day later, on May 22, the bodies of a man and a woman — identified as Nerisson and Marcilene, the suspected motorcycle attackers — were discovered tied up, tortured, and dumped in broad daylight with multiple bullet wounds. Police have since launched a full investigation.
Before his untimely death, Ezequias was recognized as a rising football star, having helped his team Manaus FC secure the Supercopa da Floresta title in December 2024.
Paying tribute to the young talent, a spokesperson for Fast Clube, one of his former teams, said:: “Ezequias was much more than a footballer.
“He was a generous, committed, and inspiring human being who honoured our colours with humility, courage, and a deep love for the game.”

A man identified as Esosa Imasuen has reportedly fled after being accused of beating his wife, Chinwendu Nnadozie, to death in Benin City, Edo State.
According to reports, the tragic incident followed a heated argument between the couple, which escalated into domestic violence.
The altercation reportedly took place at their residence on Oza Street in the Ogbelaka area, along the Sakponba Road axis of the state capital.
Chinwendu was rushed to the hospital, where doctors confirmed she had suffered internal bleeding as a result of the assault.
Speaking about the incident, the victim’s father, Everistus Nnadozie, said he was informed that his son-in-law had severely beaten his daughter, leaving her with life-threatening injuries.
He said: “They said he took her to the hospital where a doctor was said to have carried out some tests on her, and the result showed that she had internal bleeding”
He also shared that by the time he arrived at the hospital, his daughter had already been pronounced dead. However, he was unable to see her body, as it had been taken to an undisclosed mortuary.
According to him, he has repeatedly tried to contact his son-in-law, asking him to reveal the location of the mortuary where Chinwendu’s body was taken, but Esosa has not responded or shown up.

Days after his arrest, American singer Chris Brown has been granted bail following assault charges filed against him.
According to a report by TMZ, Brown did not attend the scheduled hearing at London’s Southwark Crown Court on Wednesday. However, the judge proceeded with the case and approved his release from custody.

A Brazilian man, Antônio Rocha de Sousa, has been found dead just 10 days after he sparked outrage online by burning a Bible and posting the footage on social media.
Rocha’s body was discovered on May 14th with multiple gunshot wounds in Tianguá, a city in the western part of Fortaleza, Brazil.
Another reports claimed that he may have been killed either in the street or found lifeless in his home, according to local sources who alerted the authorities.
In the now-viral video, Rocha is seen holding a Bible and saying: “This here is a Bible, which they say is sacred. Look what it does when faced with fire. It burns.”
“To me, God doesn’t exist. This is just a way to enslave and manipulate people. If you haven’t woken up yet, it’s time to wake up. Look what this ‘sacred’ thing does in the face of fire. It’s time to wake up – God doesn’t exist.”
Police responded to the case of Rocha, who was reportedly shot and killed on a street in Tianguá, a city in western Ceará, Brazil.
However, conflicting reports suggest that locals actually found Rocha dead at his home and quickly contacted the authorities.
It’s also been noted that Rocha had a history of violent behavior and intentionally causing harm.
Before his death, he was known for frequently posting controversial rants about religion on social media.
In his last post before his death, he said: “Follower of Christ, (peacekeeper of Peace). Born again in (Christ), among the living, who were once de@d…after having been tested, tried, and approved by God.”
