A Nigerian woman has captured the attention of many online after revealing that she creates artificial hair attachments using plantain and banana stems.

In an interview with content creator Dera, she explained that each attachment costs ₦20,000 and can be reused as often as a woman desires.

When asked about the production process, she said it takes just one day to complete a batch, noting that the work becomes easy with the right machines in place.

Sharing the inspiration behind her unique idea, she revealed that it came through personal research and a strong desire to innovate.
