16 Students Injured as Roof Collapses During Party Near University of Pittsburgh
A tragic incident occurred during a St. Patrick’s Day celebration near the University of Pittsburgh, where a house roof collapsed, injuring more than a dozen students.
In a video shared by X user Ricky Reports, a large crowd could be seen partying—some standing on the roof while others enjoyed themselves on the ground—when the roof suddenly gave way, crashing down on those underneath.

According to reports, at least 16 people were injured and taken to a local hospital for treatment. Three victims are in serious condition, while 13 others sustained minor injuries.
CBS News reported that Pittsburgh Public Information Officer Emily Bournes confirmed that hundreds of University of Pittsburgh students were at the scene when the collapse occurred. Fortunately, no one died in the scene.
