Man Arrested for Shooting WhatsApp Group Admin After Being Removed from the Chat

A Pakistani man named Ashfaq has been arrested for allegedly shooting and killing a group chat admin after being removed from the chat.  

The incident occurred last Thursday evening in Peshawar, the capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, a province bordering Afghanistan.  

According to police reports, Ashfaq has been charged with the murder of Mushtaq Ahmed. The dispute began when Mushtaq removed Ashfaq from a group chat following an argument.  

Ashfaq’s brother revealed that both men initially agreed to meet in person to reconcile. However, the situation took a tragic turn when Ashfaq arrived armed and shot Mushtaq.  

He further explained that Ashfaq was enraged by how he was removed from the group, which ultimately led to the deadly confrontation.
