I Will Always Choose My Girlfriend Over My Mother – Man

A Nigerian man has explained why he would choose his girlfriend over his mother.  

In a video shared on TikTok, he revealed that his mother favors his younger brother because he is wealthier, making him feel like he isn’t doing enough.  

He also shared that whenever he argues with his brother, their mother always takes his brother’s side, sometimes even threatening to kick him out of the house.  

During these tough times, it was his girlfriend who stood by him, offering support and motivation when he needed it most.

She said: “I’ll always choose my girlfriend over my mother. My mother cannot come to my house and chase my girl away — never. If she tries it, she’ll leave, not my girlfriend.”

“My mother chose my younger brother over me just because he had money. The way she treated him made me feel like I wasn’t doing enough.”

“Anytime I argued with my younger brother, my mother would shout at me. She even almost sent me packing, just because my brother was making some money.”

“It was my girlfriend who kept me going — she sent me money, data, and kept motivating me. In this situation, I’ll always pick my girlfriend. Anyone who wants to be angry about it can go ahead.”
