Kanye West and Bianca Censori’s Divorce Proceedings Continue Without Prenup

As Kanye West and Bianca Censori move forward with their divorce, TMZ reports that both parties have officially contacted divorce lawyers. Notably, their marriage did not involve a prenup which could complicate financial settlements.  

Sources close to the situation revealed that legal representatives for both Kanye and Bianca began discussions earlier this week. TMZ also reported that Kanye has lost a significant amount of money since marrying Bianca.  

Under California law, assets and debts acquired during a marriage are typically split equally. However, because many of Kanye’s financial losses—such as the millions he lost on his Malibu property—occurred before his marriage to Bianca, she may not be responsible for those debts.
